On 12/6/2020 I ordered an outdoor Christmas light from FREESHIPDEALS for $38.94, their order number *******. On 12/7/2020 the company took my payment out of my checking account. I never received the product nor has the company responded to my many emails except for the following email from them on the 9th of December.

I never received an email telling me that the product shipped, nor did they respond to any of my subsequent emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and opened a case with PayPal to get my money back.
