It has been over 2 weeks since i ordered my Packages and is still in Greenwood, Indiana! I'm officially Pissed off! At least i got a refund and ordered the same stuff on Amazon. At least i can trust Amazon to deliver my stuff. This is Ridiculous!
It's a shame Fabletics is doing business with a sham company. Pitney Bowes has had control of my package now for a week past the date it was supposed to be delivered and hasn't handed it off to the USPS for delivery. As far as I know, it's still multiple states away with no end in sight to my wait. This is the first time I've ever heard of PB and hopefully it's the last as I won't be ordering from Fabletics until they stop doing business with Pitney Bowes.

Omg it's taking almost 2 weeks for a Shein return to get to its location! For some stupid reason they started using Pitney Bowes and it's ridiculous how slow they are! Complete trash! A turtle moves faster than them…. How are they still a company?!?! And why the hell would Shein use them
Called PB for an update on a package that hadn't moved from the same location in 2 weeks. I got the run-around from the fist agent I spoke with who eventually transferred me to another person. The second person spoke down to me like I was an idiot and told me they can't speak with customers directly because they are not a customer service business. She advised me that she could only talk to the retailer I purchased the package from. She then said she had other customers to talk to and hung up on me. Thank goodness for the retailer. I called the retailer and they apologized and shipped me a new item with overnight shipping. PB lost my package and then refused to even talk to me to help find it. If I could give negative stars, I would give negative 5 stars.
A website that I order from frequently has started using Pitney Bowes as a delivery partner. I have never had such an awful experience receiving a package. The tracking information hasn't been updated since the end of November and it is now December 19th. I still haven't received my order. I can't get in touch with anyone at PB who can update my order location or when I can expect delivery. I am going to have to cancel my order and get a refund because I am not confident I will ever receive my items. From now on I will be willing to pay extra to ensure my items aren't delivered using Pitney Bowes. If they are the only option for delivery, I will not buy from that website or business.
I ordered shoes for my kids for going back to school. I am a single mom with 4 kids and 1 income. They got shipped through this company and they never arrived. So I called the company to get help and I got cussed out and hung up on. They hung up on my 3 times. It's been a month since the estimated delivery date and still nothing. The site changed the estimated delivery date from the date to "on its way". And I have not got an update on my order for weeks. They don't answer calls. They are VERY unprofessional and have really terrible customer service. They won't let me know where the shoes are. All I was told is that they were "probably stolen by an employee". They are an absolute garbage company. I now am out school shoe money and my kids have to wear their old shoes that barely fit because the only money I had for school shoes was spent and then quite possibly stolen "by an employee". $#*! this company.
Don't lease a postage meter from this company. My husband had leased one from them for his office. He was the only person who signed the lease. My husband passed away and they want me to pay over $700.00 as a settlement in order to return the postage meter to them. They keep telling me that I am obligated to pay this settlement. Worse company in the world. I just wanted to send them the machine back since he passed away.
I have an Amazon order originating in Kent, WA, coming via Pitney Bowes. It sat in Vancouver for 2 weeks, customs cleared. I'm in Edmonton. It was expected yesterday, April 27/22. Now the window is April 28 to May 5. The website excuse is COVID. Amazon and others they have delivering Amazon parcels on their behalf are able to make their commitments. Pitney Bowes is a disgrace! FYI, I was in transportation and tracking for 13 years.
Every delivery experience I have had with this company has been horrendous! My latest experience was I was told that they made 2 supposedly delivery attempts when I was home
But my buzzer did not ring or I did not receive a phone call. I don't appreciate your staff lying that they've been here! I called Amazon as soon as I had a notice on my phone saying they tried and I explained to Amazon that I was. My previous delivery a month ago they left my package on the street outside my gate for anyone to steel. Thankfully one of my brought it for and again I was at home.
I recently purchased a computer online and was given a Pitney Bowes tracking number. My issue is that the computer is being shipped to the wrong address, I tried to resolve the issue with the seller but was told that they could not do anything because it was already shipped.
I tried to contact Pitney Bowes but it is impossible to speak to a real person, especially someone willing to help. I reached out to them on Facebook explaining my problem in a message and was told to just keep tracking my shipment and was given a tracking link, I replied that I was tracking my shipment and needed to speak to someone about the wrong address, but they never replied to my request.
Pitney Bowes has to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they do not want to be bothered, and they couldn't care less about their customers.
We've been fighting PB for nearly two months. We changed checking accounts. Made the changes in ALL the places their CS people told us to. Closed our old account. PB keeps using old account. Now the USPS has locked our machine due to non-payment. 6 phone calls later we are told by a supervisor's boss, that the only way to fix it is to send the USPS a CHECK. No way to do it online, by CC, nothing. Overnighted a check that was received 24 hours before I posted this and still nothing. We have a huge mailing that has been on hold for nealy two weeks. Horribly frustrating.
This company straight out sucks! Your package will be barely tracked you'll get updates only when they feel like it and your package will take 4-5 weeks for something that should've taken a day or two…. Have been waiting for an Ebay global shipping for a month an a half but wait for it! The item was in Greenville, South Carolina and was to be shipped to Toronto Canada. With a car that's about 19 hours of driving and according to google maps it takes 11 days of walking… so basicly it would've taken me less time to walk to 815 Miles to go and 815 miles back which would have taken 22 days according to Google Maps. So yeah there's your answer if you were looking for one tho I'd imagine you're hear looking at reviews because the same the happened to you. So take it as is but you could walk accross the country to take your package and it would take less time than to get it shipped from Pitney Bowes. Pathetic….
I was worried about receiving my package, I thought it went to Canada post, but it didn't. Saturday, some 'citizen' came with the package. I had just checked the sites and no update. It's 3pm, and after delivery, I check the site it says 5pm today. Nothings broken. Happy.
I'll never use this company again. They way over Harfe for import tax. When questioned they make up nothing but excuses. I refuse to buy items when this company are used. A good example is I made a purchase and was charged over 33% tax for import. I spent the same amount nit using this company and I was charged 12.5%. Big difference. Postage tome is hardly express. Not a company to be trusted.
Our lease on our postage machine with Pitney Bowes was over on 3/9/2021. We informed them we were not renewing and returned the postage machine. Due to we had the machine for the first quarter of the year, we are now responsible to Pitney Bowes for the entire year of property tax. You never get rid of them. I do not want this company to ever call me, message me, send me snail mail or email or send a representative on any property I own.
Fabletics is now using Pitney Bowes as the delivery carrier, and Pitney Bowes is the worst porter service. Tracking my items it has taken 3 weeks to received my shipment from california to NY. I could drive to california and back to NY in less time than that. This company is the worst. Then i'm tracking items that are to be returned to fabletics through Pitney Bowes, and it has taken 16 days for my package to travel a whopping 3 miles!
I live in North Caolina and ordered stuff from 5 below shipped out of New Jersey and they brought my package down to Georgia! Haha now it's been pushed back and won't arrive till Tuesday. I was pretty sure there is a PB in Raleigh? My package is enjoying touring the east coast!
I ordered two seperate packages a few days apart, one from pitney bowes and another through about her shipping company. Both were shipping from california, and the other shipping company was ordered later than the one from pitney. The other package arrived when it said it would. The one from pitney already had a week long estimated delivery time, and then everyday, the estimated shipping time would go by up 1-3 days. It's ridiculous how long it took- it sat in a usps facility for nearly a week.
It's a total pain in the $#*! to do business with company. Of all of the venders I use for my business this on is the worst to do business with.
Overpriced, horrible customer service and very over priced.
You sign a contract and if you try to get out early they charge you full amount of the rest of your contract. Ok I understand that but the thing is when your contact is over it's like pulling teach to get out and they charge you to sent the piece of crap machine that you had for 5 or more years just to take it back.
Just go to the post office you will save hundreds of $
