I was worried about receiving my package, I thought it went to Canada post, but it didn't. Saturday, some 'citizen' came with the package. I had just checked the sites and no update. It's 3pm, and after delivery, I check the site it says 5pm today. Nothings broken. Happy.
You gotta go we are tired of you. We are not going to work for you anymore. Your deception is apparent. Your hypocrisy and intent to betray is seen. Go. Or we will take action.

You need to get rid of Marie. Save our jobs and put us out of this bitches misery. Marie ballesteros. Help is. SOS. Get rid of Marie ballesteros.
Pitney Bowes has been by far the worst company I've had to deal with in my job. They are unreasonable. Charge late fees even though checks are sent 14 days in advance (10 business days). When trying to speak with a customer representative about billing or about our lease agreement, it's been almost impossible to get ahold of someone that can actually help us. It seems our business is locked into them for another year, but I wouldn't mind breaking the contract, paying whatever fee we need to, and moving on to a more competent and less frustrating company... if such a company exists.
Pitney Bowes is awful! The worst! Avoid them at all costs!
Bought a package pitney got it never delivered ended up canceling and getting the seller to refund my money thanks to pitney Bowes 1962 nos original fender skirt for pontiac parisienne was misplaced and lost and of course can't be replaced in that quality
Absolutely worst customer service care out there. Extremely rude. Provide no help, just transfer you multiple times.
I live in North Caolina and ordered stuff from 5 below shipped out of New Jersey and they brought my package down to Georgia! Haha now it's been pushed back and won't arrive till Tuesday. I was pretty sure there is a PB in Raleigh? My package is enjoying touring the east coast!
I had used Stamps.com for years, but their software is not compatible with a new printer that I bought. So, I decided to go to Pitney Bowes. I signed up for the trial on a Saturday. Within one hour of signing up, my credit card was charged the $1.00 (provisional charge). I was supposed to get an email allowing me to finish setting up my account. Nothing happened until Monday at almost 12:00noon.
At that time, I received a cryptic email that said: "unable to confirm some details about your credit card, order has been cancelled".
I called the support number and the agent said that she would have to send an email to that department to further research the problem. I asked if I could speak with someone directly in that department. My experience over the years has been when you are sending emails back and forth through 3rd parties, there is MUCH room for misinformation, lack of details, etc. She said that "unfortunately, there is no direct number to call them." I responded with, "In that case, I will take my business elsewhere... this is no way to conduct business."
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I have an Amazon order originating in Kent, WA, coming via Pitney Bowes. It sat in Vancouver for 2 weeks, customs cleared. I'm in Edmonton. It was expected yesterday, April 27/22. Now the window is April 28 to May 5. The website excuse is COVID. Amazon and others they have delivering Amazon parcels on their behalf are able to make their commitments. Pitney Bowes is a disgrace! FYI, I was in transportation and tracking for 13 years.
This company straight out sucks! Your package will be barely tracked you'll get updates only when they feel like it and your package will take 4-5 weeks for something that should've taken a day or two…. Have been waiting for an Ebay global shipping for a month an a half but wait for it! The item was in Greenville, South Carolina and was to be shipped to Toronto Canada. With a car that's about 19 hours of driving and according to google maps it takes 11 days of walking… so basicly it would've taken me less time to walk to 815 Miles to go and 815 miles back which would have taken 22 days according to Google Maps. So yeah there's your answer if you were looking for one tho I'd imagine you're hear looking at reviews because the same the happened to you. So take it as is but you could walk accross the country to take your package and it would take less time than to get it shipped from Pitney Bowes. Pathetic….
Our small non-profit company has a long and chequered history with PB, mostly involving their convoluted accounts and credit programs - very confusing. Most recently we decided to go with another provider. For the last two years, PB would not cancel our account or give me instructions about how to return my old machine; we just stopped paying. They sicced a collections agent on us, who apparently figured out rather quickly that our company owed PB nothing, and the very next day at work there appeared a packing box for my old machine. A couple of hours later an agent showed up to pick up my old unit. I got better service from the PB collections agent than I did from the company itself.
It's a shame Fabletics is doing business with a sham company. Pitney Bowes has had control of my package now for a week past the date it was supposed to be delivered and hasn't handed it off to the USPS for delivery. As far as I know, it's still multiple states away with no end in sight to my wait. This is the first time I've ever heard of PB and hopefully it's the last as I won't be ordering from Fabletics until they stop doing business with Pitney Bowes.
If you want your packages consistently and smoothly moving through the system … do not use Pitney Bowes!
Your package will sit for days if not weeks in Pitney Bowes's care. Progression of your package ceases.
If you want proper service use INTELCOM or any other service available including the Post office. At least with them your package moves consistently throughout the system.
We thought they were top grade, due to their presence in the market, but they are a terrible company that traps people in unbreakable contracts. THEY don't honor their own contract, but they force you to do so. They told us we were out of contract, and because the service AND product had been TERRIBLE, I chose to find another service. In Jan. 2020 we procured another service, which we are very happy with, but PB's then told us we were in contract until July 2024, because we'd accepted a replacement machine for one that wasn't working. I did not want to or realize we were extending the existing contract at that time. They are CROOKS, and won't let us out of our contract without an exorbitant fee. I've made a BBB complaint as well. DON'T USE PITNEY BOWES!
We had a lease with them for a postage stamp, couldn't stop our contract without huge fees and when it was over they charged us $86.99 for pick up service.
Conclusion, everything has a cost, it's really not worth it.
Well bought someting on amazone tells me its gonna arrive on the fifth of april now we are the tenth(still not arrived at this time) and when i look at the location of my package it seems to not have been shipped yet and on the 13 i can ask for a refund so the feeling i have right now is that they get money without sending me my items so it feel like a big **** you to me, there is NO way to send them emails only a phone number, what a awsome company (sarcasm). So im gonna talk to amazon about this maybe they will do something about this and remove the seller from their sites so do not ask for them to ship anything they are a waiste of your time!
It's a total pain in the $#*! to do business with company. Of all of the venders I use for my business this on is the worst to do business with.
Overpriced, horrible customer service and very over priced.
You sign a contract and if you try to get out early they charge you full amount of the rest of your contract. Ok I understand that but the thing is when your contact is over it's like pulling teach to get out and they charge you to sent the piece of crap machine that you had for 5 or more years just to take it back.
Just go to the post office you will save hundreds of $
Total scam
Stay clear.
Works great. Shipping was fast and worked as expected. The filters were in order as installed into the air purifier. This took the guess wok out of the install.
We had an issue with Pitney Bowes not applying payments as defined on the payment voucher. They could not tell us where our payment was applied. They would not follow up after saying they would. After many emails and receiving interest charges, we just gave up and made another payment to match their books. They would not provide us anything to reconcile against. I have only had such poor service and that was with another company and another Philippine call center.
Pitney Bowes combines the worst of the old AT&T ("we don't care; we don't have to") with the smug condescension of the tech industry ("take what we give you and be happy, you prols"). I've been with them for over 20 years, but when I wanted to leave, they decided to charge me to do so! Getting rid of them is painful! Don't go in - it's too hard to get out. - RUN the other way!
Answer: I didn't. The company I ordered from uses them. I would not choose to ship through Pitney Bowes.
Answer: They are a scam they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
