Paytm

Paytm sucks. I didn't get a product at my home after the promised delivery time. I tried giving them so many emails but they don't respond. Already they ask for money before delivering the product and after that they don't. These people are a big fraud. Don't buy anything from this web site. Don't install the app even. They are cheaters.

Complaint # *******. Why are you holding back customers money for 3 days? Never expected such unprofessional attitude from Paytm. This is pure customer harrasment. Requested several times to credit the money in my bank account urgently. No response from your end. Very poor Customer Relationship Management.

Untimely update of tariff left me with a feeling of being cheated. Reliance 123 3G data pack is no more valid for 1 GB data. Paytm has not bothered to update the same. I recharged and got only 400 mb. Whats this?

Beware of this crap company.

They automatically creates dummy accounts without your permission and recharge their own mobile phones. This is total SPAm.

I am going to file a lawsuit against these jokers.

I have ordered a pair of sparks shoes but what i got two old broken shoes. Previously their service was good but after getting fame now they are simply doing froud to people.
Very disaster shopping site. Never ever waste your time exploring products on this site.

They just harass customers. They are taking 3% additional charges to transfer the amount in your account. And even their customer service is also very bad. They actually dont wanna help you. Waistage of time and money. Please do not use paytm.

Last two transactions were paid- debited from donor's accounts but my (receiver's) wallet has not been updated for over 12 hours now. It is an extremely delicate transaction and the customer service personnel aren't picking up my calls. Such lack of professionalism is least expected from Paytm and is Highly disappointing.

I ordered apple iphone 6 twice and they cancelled my order both the times citing non availability of stock. I dont know why do they take order if they can't provide it. They kept my money for 10 days and then gave that back. Who will give the interest of ******* for 20 days in total.

I ordered one product on Paytm website but that order was canceled by wit out intimation.

When i saw order details it showing "Delivered on: 21 - 24 Oct" like this not customer support for raising my concern.

Please be care full with this type of website(WWW.Paytm.com) because waste of time and money.

I had very bad experience with paytm. They created software. By mistake we can buy vouchers. Best part. Customer care will not support. And also I dint get cash back. When I visited Bata showroom and submitted voucher. Even they told many people come here and tell by mistake we purchased voucher etc. Very Bad. But they advertised very good to cheat people

Thank god i came to this page. I had ordered my phone but cancelled it as soon as i read the reviews. Guys if you want best resolution of your problem directly use twitter and tweet to paytmcare you will get a response within minutes from them.

Ghanta Service. NO way to contact them invalid numbers on calling, Foolish mail response, Restricted policies.
Highly Disappointed. Will suggest everyone not to indulge in any kind of transition with paytm Once your money stuck thier's no way back to get refund.

Paytm only gives worst product. I have ordered an dress materials and the delivery is not yet done even after week delay of promised delivery date. No customer care to help also. And price also varies n they failed to deliver the item on time... POOR service... Plz never n ever buy anything from Paytm...

Friends, i am suggesting that try to not buy from paytm, this is good for recharge service only. Customer service is poor.
I bought a laptop from paytm, one usb port is not working, i already sent details but no one is responding.
There is no chance of giving 0 stars, that's why i gave 1 rating.

I have made a transfer from wallet to account on 13th August 2016 and till not it has not been transferred or reversed back they are not responding at all. Worst service. I am raising issue on consumer forum for same
