Paytm only gives worst product. I have ordered an dress materials and the delivery is not yet done even after week delay of promised delivery date. No customer care to help also. And price also varies n they failed to deliver the item on time... POOR service... Plz never n ever buy anything from Paytm...
Friends, i am suggesting that try to not buy from paytm, this is good for recharge service only. Customer service is poor.
I bought a laptop from paytm, one usb port is not working, i already sent details but no one is responding.

I have made a transfer from wallet to account on 13th August 2016 and till not it has not been transferred or reversed back they are not responding at all. Worst service. I am raising issue on consumer forum for same
I wrote a complaint no ******* on 20/07/2020. They ask our team will contact you in 24 hours, but till date not a single call came.not only matter of money but such a big have useless cyber teams.the culprits are till date doing fraud with other peoples. Shame on such big company for their behaviour to his cients
I will highly recommend not to use the app as the technology is poorly handled and is full of errors. I had a scary experience where the app booked the wrong tickets and the customer care even after confirming the error refused to refund or help in the regard.
Very low quality product are sold on this online sites even you may get better quality product at red light or footpath in less price as compare to paytm. So please never buy anything on this whether how much it look attractive on the site becoze they sell totally different product what they show.
Stay away from paytm. They try to pass on factory second goods and new ones.If you demand refund god help you. I ordered a google nexus tab. It turned out to be faulty with lots of issues with the camera. When I tried to return the product and kept asking me for its where abouts. Finally after following up for over a week, they refunded 80% of the price I had paid, and put the rest in their paytm wallet forcefully. They have an option on their site for me to withdraw the money. But it does not work! And even if it did, they say they will retain 4% of it. For what?
Their customer care is a joke. For every query they send a one line in a standard template saying with bland statements that "it can't be refunded".

Bought an ipod from paytm, product not working within 2 months. Trying to get the product replaced as it is under warranty. These guys gave me an invoice without any serial number. Have been waiting since the last 3 weeks to get the correct invoice so that my product can be replaced, Always get a response saying it will be resolved positively within 24-48 hours. $#*!tiest e-commerce website to buy products from. No value for our hard earned money.
I have done a transaction to my friend Rs 5270 in Jan thru UPI and it was not credited to my friend account or not for refunded your my account.
Almost 35 times I have been sending the customer care mail but I am getting only standard response. It like some machines answering the mail also. No one bothered to resolve this issue.
Standard replies are - please send the passbook pages images, submit the KYC, give us 2 or 3 days. Passbook images I have sent many times. KYC, their team visited my house and collected the documents. But no response.
Kindly don't use this app, it's worst customer service.

I will console myself that i have donated something to Paytm beggars... I have ordered Sunglasses, not very costly (luckily), i have received an empty cover... my mistake is i have not opened the courier cover in front of courier guy. I have trusted Paytm like any other online websites and fallen in their trap. I was cheated... no customer care number responds... pathetic... Please never buy anything from Paytm...

This is my humble request to all that better spend a bit of money extra and try to avoid buying any thing from paytm. They have the world pathetic delivery management system and once you get your parcel the real problem will start there after as they do not have a customer care centre and you have to write mails to them to which they will never respond. If u check help and faq on their site they have provided same two liner answer to all question.
Avoiding paytm is directly proportionate to avoiding uncomfortness.

Most shameless team and world class cheats. They sell such third rate products, and when you call them for a solution no one has the guts to speak to the customer, just put on a recorded message & go to sleep and they call themselves 24 x 7 customer care.
Don't buy anything throw paytm. I bought a Kodak TV 32 inch my order id, *******387, picture quality of this TV is horraible. There is no contact number in bill. Also I called to paytm customer care but they are not replacing the TV

Paytm has only $#*! product last week i have buy costly 1 T-shirt only 1 wash its color stretched now it's not wearable, when i complain in paytm care they replied "Please note that the item to be returned cannot be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. PayTM is one of the worst shopping site. They don't have ethics and values. They don't even care customer problems.My ordered item is shipped on 11th December 2014 with Order Number: ******* but till now it is not delivered. Given so many emails and phone calls but there is no use.
If you register and recharge pre paid no for 500 rs.
The amount will be deducted from your account and ur phone will not be recharged. And the order id will also get generated. Most shocking is that you cant speak to a customer care center nor you can write to them as the order id is not generated.
Horrible site avoid using this dirty site
I had ordered iphone 6 for my mom as her birthday gift a while though I got the dilvery. The iphone was a refurbished phone with the seal broken. I was so embarrassed by it. I had then requested them for a replacement but they ignored my messages, mail. There customer care no. Does not work I have waited for like half an hour but no answer from them. This is a complete disappointment. I just wanna say that paytm mall is not to be trusted and no one should buy from them
