I have done a transaction to my friend Rs 5270 in Jan thru UPI and it was not credited to my friend account or not for refunded your my account.
Almost 35 times I have been sending the customer care mail but I am getting only standard response. It like some machines answering the mail also. No one bothered to resolve this issue.
Standard replies are - please send the passbook pages images, submit the KYC, give us 2 or 3 days. Passbook images I have sent many times. KYC, their team visited my house and collected the documents. But no response.
Kindly don't use this app, it's worst customer service.
