I booked my tickets for flight and by mistake it was cancelled. That's why I booked New ticket then airline pay money I. E Rs. 2745 and paytm refund me only Rs. 1765. They was refund me after I was call them until they don't refund. They have to refund me Rs. 2445 by cutting their costs.
Just be aware from them. Now they r not responding. That is the way they screwed common people and becomes rich.

There is no customer service who can help one. For past one week they pass your money into their wallet and then you keep writing mails to get your money back. That's why they don't keep any customer exec to get the matter sorted. Earn interest on the user's money bloody sick... never use this service.

Don't buy from paytm as these guys not responding and from last 20 days I am trying to connect and follow for cash back and they are not answering or replying for same.

Someone who call Paytm customer care will get hell kinda experience, they keep you holding asking questions, after that they will transfer your call to the concerned department from where there are very less chances of answering your call.
You might have to wait for 30 minute or more until they wake up and answer your call.
The customer support menu also too complicated, you just wanna talk to costumer care that is why you call for but they are suggesting so many options which will make you confuse which option to choose.

I ordered a backpack on 5 October its 14 now still not delivered don't know when it will be delivered might be next month I think it will be delivered.
I ordered the sparx sneakers shoes on 18 Aug. I received my product on 23 Aug. I got the size issue. On the next day I registered for replacement still waiting for the last 6 days. They are totally fake and earning money by cheat and fraud way. Govt grievance redressal agency like consumer forum should make strict rules against these fraud online merchant companies. Paytm is the worst. Don't use it guys it's not customer friendly.
Using Paytm for last one year for discount shopping. They will offer cash back for every purchase. We can save money by ordering via Paytm especially for electronics. But need to improve shipping time and delivering time. For shipping they taking 5-7 days. Need better communication with sellers.
Money deducted from account, several complaints registered, several mails dropped, then too not even a single reply the company has made. Highly disappointing. When they need to promote something, they don't let go a single opportunity to irritate customers and when customer seek response, they don't bother. The only thing I would say is uninstall Paytm and save your money.
Paytm is selling defected and damaged laptop of HP, after selling they have no refund or return policy. They will not listen your complaint. They will just ignore your request. Beware before purchasing any electronic item from paytm. I am a recent victim of this fraud. I bought a Hp 15-p077tx laptop from paytm.As soon as i started using this laptop i came to know, it has some hardware issue. I went to HP service center, they told same and took my laptop and told me to come back after 7 days. I was really annoyed to see that in a new laptop it has hardware issue. When i contacted paytm, they told me that it does not come under their policy and i need to contact seller. Seller is not taking any responsibility. I am feeling as a loser today. Please think 4 times before purchasing any item from paytm.its worst ecommerce seller. They are just their to loot your hard earn money.

I've recently experienced worst issue with paytm after being there long time customer. I got certain amount in paytm wallet and one fine day they automatically dedicated certain amount without even intimating me. They claimed it was a disputed amount charged by Uber. When I enquired for this using there email service, I got almost 5 replies and all were copy pasted. Each email simply asked me to contact uber as it was charge applied from them and they have no idew what was this charge for!
They apply charges on account just by getting notified from there tie ups without getting any information. I am not sure if this is even legal. Customer service is worst and they don't know what they are writing in email, they literally contradict everytime they reply.
My order with number ******* was cancelled after 22 days and only partial amount is credited back to my account.
Paytm is lying that product is lost during transit, but actually they have increased the price now.
Product was not at all shipped and if it was shipped i should have received a message when it was shipped along with tracking details.
Seller is selling product with less discount and increased price.

Very disappointed with Paytm. I transferred 5000 rupees from my bank to my friend's paytm and she never received it. Paytm showed this transaction as failure while my account was debited and Paytm never returned the money. On top of this there web system is a total crap and there helpdesk number never connects. Totally $#*!y experience. Stay away from this nonsense the so called $#*!ty startup
I had 50 thousand ruppees in my wallet. They blocked my account With no proper reason. It is a fraud application. Never ever use paytm. I have attached the screenshot of their reply which says they have blocked because of security reasons. Is that even the reason? They are cheaters!
Apart from recharge i do not recommend buying anything fro them. They provided all the fake information including fake dispatch date, fake delivery date at last fake tracking id for blue dart. They say they have 24*7 support but it is of no use no proper support from support. Whenever i requested my information It feels like I am talking to machine no relevant answers provided to any of my purchase. I sent them 9 support mail and not even a single time they solved my issue. I still havent received my product yet. Struggling to get my ITEM here. Will never buy from them.

I have purchased Micromax LED TV full HD 43 inch and when the packet was delivered we saw that the package was open and they give us second hand tv. When we call on customer care no. Firstly then they pic call after half an hour and when we say to give back my money so they said sorry sir we can't help you and cut the call... Avinash was the employ who said that to me. Please guys don't buy anything from this fraud fraud cheap company... I want to give them minus points...

What the hell is this paytm is only the bull$#*! nothing else. They said the order is with courier and now they mailed we do not have the material.Its like i need medicine today and they will deliver after the cremation. Worst service providers.
