Paytm

I used to like using paytm before they started caring about their profits more than the service they provide, i had a really bad experience using paytm lately and their customer care services almost don't exist and if they do they dumb as $#*!!

I order a printer on paytm it show the delivery in 5-6 working days i wait for 10 days after i contact to paytm they told me it is hold in delhi due to incomplete paper work by seller. Then i have to cancel it. Steal i have to struggle for my money. God knows when they return.
But definitely it is last time with paytm.

Paytm is just a waste of time. I was not at all satisfied with the services they provided to me. They never response to the complaint mails of their customers. Infact i would advice other also to never use this website

Worst app. No customer support. My 2000 rs deduct my bank account but didn't receive my paytm wallet. What is the solution. Where I do complaint. Pls I want my money back asap. There is no direct complaint number as well.

Imagine the worst people in your school. The ones who have very low IQ. Now imagine them designing the system that handles your money. Thats payTM. You will lose your money and its unregulated so you are on your own. RBI should make PayTM illegal and put an inquiry into money stolen from Indians. It'll run into thousands or crores.

I am really disappointed with Paytm. They are giving the worst quality products, I had purchased Phone and Watch from them, both had fault and I returned it. The phone lock button was not working and watch was also not working. When I ask them about this issue they said you can claim warranty from the dealer, which creates a headache to us.

I feel the product is good but the delivery process is too much slow even a metros.
If i order any of the product from paytm. I didn't get in same time which showing there.

Please improve your delivery service is good for you and customers.

Worst customer care service... So arrogant replies to email and nobody is ready to help. They will just keep you go round and round. Don't add money to your online wallet. If you really want to use then use at the time of transaction only. Customer care is worst than anything... Will never use the Paytm again.

I had very bad experience with paytm, please do not recharge your moblie in paytm, plans displayed in the site are with wrong info and customer care team do not respond properly for query raised. They deducted amount twice for one transaction.

I have booked One iteam delivered with something other product. When i called to customer care no is not valid. What kind of company this if they cannot give the service properly. Such kind of company should not get license. No response.

I would like to raise a dispute for movie tickets worth 234.48 rs. I booked these tickets on 17 April 2017 with order id *******041. But when I went to movie theatre it was closed due to maintenance. I spoke with person on reception area for refund. He said I need to raise a dispute case with Paytm as I booked tickets through you guys. I will appreciate if you can refund this amount in my paytm wallet.

I ordered a food processor, and the order was cancelled after a few days without giving a reason. Then I ordered another food processor (because even if they cancel the order themselves, they dont return the money. Rather they give money in Paytm wallet) which was delivered after a delay of 3 weeks. The item was very very old and looked used. I had to return it.
Not trustworthy at all..

After I paid the amount to paytm mall, the status displayed as Delivered, Still the item was not delivered to me, So don't trust on paytm mall other wise you lost your money/good. They don't care whether you lost ur money. I never see these types of 3rd class service from any ecommerce site.

I ordered samsung battery. I received a duplicate one. Which is not working from day 1.

Bakar company. No trust worthy. I dont want to give even one star. Since site does not accept this. So i kept one star.

I brought Quality Walls Cornetto Ice Cream and tried to get so called Rs. 10 free recharge.

NHaving spent 40 Rs. On internet, finally concluded that its a bogus prom by Paytm. Its pure business gimmick and nonsence, Never ever trust these guys.
