Paytm is selling defected and damaged laptop of HP, after selling they have no refund or return policy. They will not listen your complaint. They will just ignore your request. Beware before purchasing any electronic item from paytm. I am a recent victim of this fraud. I bought a Hp 15-p077tx laptop from paytm.As soon as i started using this laptop i came to know, it has some hardware issue. I went to HP service center, they told same and took my laptop and told me to come back after 7 days. I was really annoyed to see that in a new laptop it has hardware issue. When i contacted paytm, they told me that it does not come under their policy and i need to contact seller. Seller is not taking any responsibility. I am feeling as a loser today. Please think 4 times before purchasing any item from paytm.its worst ecommerce seller. They are just their to loot your hard earn money.

The company has very bad systems. They deliver fake and faulty products and take over a month to take it back and refund your money. Never buy anything expensive from them. Never buy anything from them period! One of the worst e commerce portals ever, Don't fall for their cash back. They are cheap because of a reason!

I had bought a samsung s6 from them and they gave me a bad product and refused to take it back for a month. Still waiting for my actual cash back

Cancelled book after i wrote a mail yesterday on 23 july that order is yet to be shipped and delivery date is 26 july sunday. Got mail order cancelled as denied by seller tapyourbook.com

Frustrating as my child is waiting for the book, you canceled once i wrote but were not able to find from the seller why no movement from so many days.

Also the book is shown available by same seller at inflated price now. How can you allow that?

I will like to give a bad rating to tapyourbook.com but is not able to find where to rate it on your site. If we can rate only after order completion what about orders canceled by seller itself.

You returned money in my wallet, I am ok but what about people who want money refunded to creit card after a bad experience?

I placed one Order Number: MPtkt - *******628 out of which two items in the order were received.

One of the product is Prasid Mypad. They had shown the original price of product as Rs. 799/- on their website with reduced price as Rs 298/-. However, on opening the product, I found that the MRP on the product was Rs 295/- only. This is cheating with the customers. They have shown the price as Rs. 799/- instead of original Rs 295/- and sold it even at a higher price than MRP. It is a violation of Consumer Protection Act and even taxation acts such as Central excise Act and Local State VAT Tax. I requested them to cancel my product and intimate what action has been taken by them against their vendor. But no action has yet been received.

Second product which I received today is Funschool Sketcher. The product is damaged one and not new at all. The Board is not clean as it should be and it appears to be used. Black magnetic particles on which the board works do not wither away on cleaning.

Customer care people are so reluctant to help and return the product and refund the amount.

They are big time cheaters.

What happened to me

I bought Yonex Muscle Power 29 Light Badminton Racquet from Paytm. MRP of my bat was 3850 but Paytm was giving it for 3300 plus 50% off. Max offer was for 1500 rs. Hence I paid 1800 for this bat.

After some time my friend came and told that he got Yonex Muscle Power 29 Light Badminton Racquet from Paytm for 1500. I was shocked. When I saw they have listed the same bat with MRP 4450 and paytm was giving it for 2210 plus 30% off. Which eventually is 1500.

I emailed paytm and its been 2 days no action and reply
I also got an email saying the seller has shipped the item
I called paytm. They are saying dont know what to do and they are asking to return the bat if you dont like it.
They are also saying that they will reply back to the email.

What I think is, paytm trying to sell both genuine and duplicate parts as they dont have any restriction in listing as sellers can list anything they want and how many times they want.

I am so frustrated for not getting proper support from paytm and I would say lets stick to flipkart/snapdeal/amazon. Thats the reason paytm is giving so many offers so that they can sell all these duplicate products along with genuine ones.

I have placed an order of one bean bag on 16. 6. 15. On 25. 6. 15 they change the status of my order as Delivered. On complaining they told me that you will get your order soon. On checking the site of shipping company i came to know that they have delivered my order in P une instead of Delhi. On calling again and again and after so many mails i am just getting time of 72 hours. Twenty days passes but yeh 72 hours time nahi finish hua.

I have never seen such a bad customer service. We have to beg for our own money.

Why they have established a big ecommerce platform if they are not able to handle it. My other friends are also comlaining about its service

Its my request not to use paytm verna gaye aapke paise battekhate me.

I purchased Desire Dry Fruits Premium Quality Raisin 1500 Gm from Paytm worth Rs 1080/-, Damaged product was sent to me, I raised a Ticket# ******* with customer care, I sent picture of product also, they assured on 8th July that amount will be refunded with 24 hours, no refund is taken even after umpteen emails, I am paytm customer for a long time and it was a bitter experience.

Please refund my money ASAP

I never expected this kind of service from paytm... i have ordered lip love lip care and a hp pavlion bag... at the time of placing order they took the money including delivery chargers,,, all the stuff... after 2day they will send me a text msg that we are trying to get the stock that is... and again they say that they dont have the stock they are refunding the money to my wallet. This is totally very bad... when u people are not carrying the stock plz dont display it.

I had make order of 3 items last week and the total amount of purchase was 600 rs then i selected 300 rs cash back offer, then i received two items in which one item is defective that still not change by the paytm customer care and the remaining 3rd item is cancelled today after one week and the cash back offer is also denied by said that the cash is available on the 3rd item which is cancelled by the 3rd party. Bloody cheater paytm.
