I am very disappoint with paytm team... yesterday I was very fed up with your team... I booked 1 ticket by paytm from pune to Mumbai. It's my very biggest mistake in my life... I called paytm team before 1 day travel and ask the driver number and bus no. For get the bus easily but they tell me we will sent you by msg but it's not happen. Again I called and they pik my call after 10 min hold and again I got the same ans. Then after the day of travel my bus was on 10 a.m. and I don't know from when I will get my bus... I went to airport which was my boarding point I reached there by 8 amand I was try to content to the bus operator but I had only 1 no that time and he didn't pik up my call then I again call to the paytm for help again the answer my call after 10 min hold and give me another no. And then again I called the no which provided by paytm and he picked my call and talk to me for 10 min but didn't help at all also I did query 2 times but paytm did not reply. I was running here and there for bus as a mad person and I was very angry on me why I use paytm... totally I called paytm 5 time and called to different no for 6 time but nobody help me that time... I lost my 200 rupee for call and I use cab of rupee 280 to go to my boring point and my mantel harassment done by paytm. So I want my 1000 rupees as reimbursement... and if you can not help me so have to go to consumer court for help...

I had signed up for a PayTM account online and completed the full KYC as well. The PayTM representative had informed me that I would get an official notification from PayTM in my email and also an SMS. But unfortunately, I did not receive either of those. I have tried to contact PayTM customer care many times. But I don't believe there is such a thing called as Customer Service for PayTM. You have absolutely no chance of speaking to anybody to get your issues sorted. I even changed my Password on their IVR as I could not manage to speak to a representative.
So I actually know my password and my screen lock ID information for the PayTM App. But on their App it doesn't give you the option to enter the information.

It asks you to enter your password or Screen lock ID, but doesn't give you the option to enter the requested information.

I guess I should be happy that I have not added any money so far.

No wonder that PayTM customer reviews are so poor. Don't become a PayTM customer if you don't want to be a future aggrieved customer!

Very Poor service no proper update and Team is highly insensitive on CSAT. No delivery update, I didn't get the delivery for 15days and the strange thing is that even PAYTM tean do not know the order status.

People saying PAYTM is competition Amazon which was not real fact and please don not compare with Amazon,, I can bet PAYTM never or ever give service like Amazon.

PAYTM Stands top the table in worst service in-proper info, poor delivery.

I do not have option to go below single star if not i would have. Still i feel giving single star rating for PAYTM is not upto satisfaction

I bought a htc desire 526 on 7th aug 2015 from PAYTM ONLINE, i got a camera problem SHOWS BLACK DOTS IN THE PICS, in the handset in hardly a thirteen days when i went to the htc service centre they deny me for the warranty on that product they said its a online buy product so we cant gave the warranty when i was approached to paytm they said go again & get written thing from them for not given warranty, the service centre people told me call to customer care. These things going around with me frm last one week but no exchange no warranty from paytm either htc, so its my suggestion all(india). Pls do not buy online electronics products these companies are fake & their warranty manufacturer are not ready to gave warranty on their products. Customer care service very poor.
They tell same thing that chat with Paytm but there are so many problems which is not mention in chat section

Bakwas company hai. Sabse bada IPO sabki vat lagane vala. No one will trust on paytm in future. Paytm Karo aise bolne ki bagair Paytm Jalao Aisa kahana chahiye. Veru huge loss of shareholders. Sharma sir ye massage padhe to accha hoga, I don't know the meaning of sharma sir Dance while stock listing.

Yes. I totally agree with the previous feedback. I'm feeling cheated too as i paid for my MacBook charger and they deleivered DEFECTIVE product without any invoice and contact details. And when I tried contacting the customer care I realised that there is no such option given where you can talk to customer care or write a email regarding your product related issue. And also the product what was sent to me was of very poor quality and just not worth the price. Even if you dial their head office no it goes on auto answearing machine and it says enter your order no and when you enter your order no it says it's incorrect... n gets disconnected. You write any mail on the website. You get a response that their system is not yet updated so soon they will get back and no timeline is defined for the same. First time I'm seeing that such a popular company has designed their system in such a manner where no customer can reach up with their problems. There is no escalation process given anywhere. Only selfcreated company policy is given with all their history geography which is of no when u r cheating people like this. Extremely bad shopping experience on paytm. I wish I would have bought it from a store only. I don't recommend any one to shop on paytm.

Paytm ke liya one rating bhe jyada hai.
I have placed an order of one bean bag on 16. 6. 15. On 25. 6. 15 they change the status of my order as Delivered. On complaining they told me that you will get your order soon. On checking the site of shipping company i came to know that they have delivered my order in P une instead of Delhi. On calling again and again and after so many mails i am just getting time of 72 hours. Twenty days passes but yeh 72 hours time nahi finish hua.

I have never seen such a bad customer service. We have to beg for our own money.

Why they have established a big ecommerce platform if they are not able to handle it. My other friends are also comlaining about its service

Its my request not to use paytm verna gaye aapke paise battekhate me.
