You can never contact Paytm, they do not care about our issues. A one way company robbing people's money.

Most irresponsible and non dependable from my personal experience. Be careful while dealing with Paytm.

My lifes worst shopping experience I finally got from Paytm by buying laptop.
I bought HP laptop costing 30,000/- from Paytm on 24 April 2017 (order ID *******325). In one week it got delivered, that is ok. In first day only I found out it is defective piece, its touchpad not working properly and battery too draining in one hour only where as this model gives atleast 4 to 5 hrs of battery life but thats not all, I found out my laptops warranty has already started 7 months back (warranty already started on 10August 2016). Holy $#*!!. They have given me used laptop. This is absolutely fraud case.
I started calling them for return for such fraud case and they simply refused. But still then I agreed for replacement and started hoping for replacement. But now its 3 weeks passed and I still didnt get any reply for replacement instead of calling these guys every two days, they simply says sir it will take 48 hrs, our team is working on it. Thats not all of level of bull$#*!, Paytm also blocked my mobile number, I had to call from different mobile every time. I dont know when these guys will replace my HP laptop. It was my biggest blunder to buy from Paytm. Below are proof (warranty status on HP website and my laptop order invoice)of this Fraud Paytm and that Fraud seller.

Where in the world can we get night marish online shopping experience then paytm? I am having the worst online shopping experience ever in my life. I ordered 5 watches on 12th July and all I received was an email that says my payments are done, after a day they confirmed that the order placed is packed and ready to be shipped... Since then they've not shown any professionalism. They said courier will pick and thats the last update for five days, when I quarried they through mail they promised to sent within 24 hours, so waited patiently but after 24 hours nothing was done then I had no option but raise the issue again this time on they sent me a mail that was totally irrelevant to my quarries... Having got no option I sent one more mail hopping they will rectify their mistakes but this time around they've gotten more insensible, in reply they reminded me that there is a cancel options and if I don't they will, and finally the only solution after five days was... wait for 48-72 hours to resolve if not they will start the process of cancelation. Is that a joke? Worst worst worst ever online shopping experience... Never will buy things from Paytm again. Extremely disappointed

Today I tried to book a ticket online on IRCTC.
In last process it turns to payment gate way through PAYTM I paid the amount 940 instead of 920 they have charged 20 extra for payment through PAYTM.

Rather I go on... I received a debit message of 940 by Paytm but I didn't received a e-ticket.

I received a message from IRCTC that your last transaction has been cancelled but still I didn't received my money back from PAYTM.

What the hell is this transaction ID Is**************

I tried to recharge Rs. 120 for my Idea mobile from PAYTM site. But in PAYTM the Status was shown as PAYMENT FAILED. But i had been deducted amount from my credit card for the same.

But now all my order history has been completely erased from PAYTM site. I have been sending mails to PAYTM customer care regarding this issue., But no response. Even tried to call the CC number. But no response. Could anybody please help to get my money back.

I ordered 2pcs Crown Design Rhinestone Embellished 5.5 Size White Wedding Rings for Women From Damai Impex and 3pcs Leaf Open Design Alloy Rings for Ladies with order number # *******885 on 24 September. Till today 18 October I did not received the product. They sent the courier through Gati International and don't what they have done to the product. I am going to log an FIR against Gati & Paytm both and will send them a legal notice as well. I happy that they gave me chance to take a legal action. I will ask for a very high compensation and they will suffer this time

I am writing this after tried calling "24*7" customer care number(never existed). Write mail to *******@paytm.com and finding a simple solution TO HOW CAN I CHANGE MY BLOCKED PHONE NUMBER TO NEW ONE after providing every single details still getting NADA.

How can I enter an OTP from my blocked phone number which is NOT WORKING morons.

Hope I find a solution here.

Details my email is same as old my registered mobile number is blocked and when I entered my details system asking me otp which is blocked so unable to enter otp to go further to change/edit my details.

Cancelled book after i wrote a mail yesterday on 23 july that order is yet to be shipped and delivery date is 26 july sunday. Got mail order cancelled as denied by seller tapyourbook.com

Frustrating as my child is waiting for the book, you canceled once i wrote but were not able to find from the seller why no movement from so many days.

Also the book is shown available by same seller at inflated price now. How can you allow that?

I will like to give a bad rating to tapyourbook.com but is not able to find where to rate it on your site. If we can rate only after order completion what about orders canceled by seller itself.

You returned money in my wallet, I am ok but what about people who want money refunded to creit card after a bad experience?
