I ordered one rechargeable flameless cigarette lighter order no #*******922 and today I got the shipment which contains one PLASTIC OK STAND FOR SMARTPHONES. I have lodged a complain no ******* but still not sure what will happen. My previous experience was similar. The product quality is extremely poor.
So I suggest all buyers to stay away from this fake mall which is better to called a cheating house.
Customer support of Paytm is very very poor. Dont solve problem carefully, i got cash voucher from nivea product. Adding that cash voucher showing successful. But that cash didnt come to my account. I have given all proofs to customer support but they are just repeat things and wasting time of others. I RECOMMEND NEVER USE Paytm. U CAN BE VICTIM ANY TIME.
A few days a ago there was an offer on paytm regarding koutons jeans worth INR 4,999.00 just of INR 999.00 with INR 399.00 cash back after delivery.the shipment was dispatch against order number *******, a power bank was offered free along with it.
I received the delivery& to my shock it was not koutons, it was a bloody ordinary road side hawker brand sent to me along with a stupid powder bank which does not work either.
The combo jeans offer is not what was actually offered.it was a complete fraud, waste of time & their customer service is all S**t. They just keep sending standard formatted messages which never speak of the rubbish brand they have sent, neither do they give any reason for the power bank not working.
May the curse be on paytm, who cheat with people and their hard earned money, may all involved face the toughest of situations in their lives & this INR 999.00 teaches them a lesson.
I want to take this to consumer court & even ahead, don't mind spending a fortune if i have to, but this order will for sure be treated as one of the worst that paytm has ever dealt with.
It is very difficult to refund if once transaction cancelled.
There is no customer support overall.

I took one mobile from paytm last month, number of times I requested them for cash back, they are not adding in to my wallet, my sincere request is do not go for cash back offers.
Team is highly insensitive on CSAT. No delivery update, I didn't get the delivery for 13days and at last I had to cancel my order.

I have 1900 rupees in my Paytm wallet and I forget my password so try more then five time and when next day I try they block my account temporarily since from March 23,2017 I give them my account statement 100 time but still when ever I call them they ask for statement, they never reply to my email, if any one know how to take care plz let me know, Paytm is now taking money giving silly exquisitely I'm fed up with them I know they not return my money,
The best Power Bank, fully recommend it, I was on vacation at Disney all day and was taking pictures, videos etc, and I always had energy for my phone and I even got to share power for the phones of my brothers.

Paytm is a cheater app which is just cheating the people, Bakwas service. Fake site... chor site. I have transferred the amount *******/- through paytm to my relative account, it got deducted from mybank account but it did not got credited to my relative account it has been almost 8 days over and i am continuously requesting the paytm to guide me procedure that how can i get my amount back but did not receive any of the mail or message from paytm side. I had very bad experience with paytm I am using last four years Paytm I booked ticket from Paytm Srinagar to Chandigarh return with travel insurance last week indigo flight call me for flights cancel information and give me some other options for travel other day then I write a message for paytm and write a simple msg ( my indigo flight cancel this is msg give by indigo) and they after yesterday's paytm cancel my ticket and say sorry we can't help u when I told the customer care and say this email sand by u sorry we can't help u it's very bad experience
This PAYTM f*kers made me fool. I ordered for Sony XS-N*******, ORDER NO. *******844, date: 13 Aug'15. After a long waiting of nearly 20 days I was made fool by sending some crap'XS – FB1630' which is cheaper then wt I ordered. After receiving the package I was pissed-off and call the customer care those stupids simple saying raise an returned request and order another pic.
