Am struggling to get back my money
Very bad and worst experience of mine with paytm. I ordered 5-6 things from paytm and all are duplicate. They are selling the duplicate product. One product was puma wallet. After receiving i went to puma showroom for confiring it and i found that it was duplicate. My request to you all dnt believe on paytm. Because i really faced. They are giving the gaurantee seal of origanality and fooling the customers.
This site is a boon for the people who are in urgency of recharge. And phone app is a another facility, every time I need to put balance I blindly go to this website.

I think you are cheating me? It is my first experience and I think It is so bad for newly customers. I think when I get back my money then I will uninstall PayTm App. I was using Freecharge app for the transaction. I think this is the perfect app for me. No one can beat this app beacuse it is awesome.
The worst experience using paytm, i have deteled the app from my mobile, i was transfering just rs 100 into my bank ac through my debit card, i paid rs 5.10 extra for the same, thats a hell lot of a interest. NEVER USE PAYTM

I have bought a TV LG40lf6300@*******. They have mentioned 12% cashback on the site but have not provided the promocode. So i have tried applying other codes but in vain. I have moved forward and purchased the product and asked the customer care about the cash back. They said it will be updated in 7 days as i bought on EMI mode. Now after 7 days they came back and are telling me that i wont get the cash back as i have not applied the promo code. I have sent them the screen shots of the offer and screen shot where i could not apply the promo code but of no use. There is no response. Really frustating and awful!

Never do any exchange deal with Paytm. It's totally fraud. They will never pickup the exchange device. Which is a total failure deal in terms of profitability. It's a scam to get ur attention.

I made a order from PAYTM (ORDER NO. *******604) on 16th july, i waited for almost a month in a hope that i will receive the product, even i keep on tracking the safexpress courier on daily basis waybill: *******, and one day i receive the mail from paytm that item is delivered, i crosschecked the same with courier they said the package is lost, but paytm is not listening to me, they are claiming that product is delivered without showing any proof to me. This is straight away a case of cheat and fraud from paytm. Even they are not giving me any compensation and refund for the same. I lost 1130 INR on this. Please do not use this service as its a waste.
