Paytm

I have ordered almost 15 to 16 products and what I have ordered and what I have recieved are completely different... Waste of money purchasing at PAYTM and the few products which I had recieved are costly from outside market.The images which displays on the wall are just to attract us and In real the products which I recieved are of worst. I have ordered adidas sandals for 420 which shows branded in paytm wall and I recieved a duplicate or immitation one.

I purchased Desire Dry Fruits Premium Quality Raisin 1500 Gm from Paytm worth Rs 1080/-, Damaged product was sent to me, I raised a Ticket# ******* with customer care, I sent picture of product also, they assured on 8th July that amount will be refunded with 24 hours, no refund is taken even after umpteen emails, I am paytm customer for a long time and it was a bitter experience.

Please refund my money ASAP

I was played more games before paytm app use in first games. After my friend show how cheat paytm first games.no rank, no points table, who win don't know, all my friend said last he show how cheat everyone after I uninstall save my money. Paytm is big fraud one but everyone easy adopt some small bonus give. I know all then uninstall paytm first games. Now I safe I show my secreenshots who read r show my screenshots understand easy. I play same game dream11 and paytm first games. Same players but dream11 I won 5000rs but paytm first games out of range. I know this fraud sysyem. See my secreenshots after decide which one fake. So Indian people's only like this sentence sound packaging is silent salesman this one follow paytm and cheat every users. Went this fraud app close no one know bcoz big fraud service

Hi Frnds, don't trust the Paytm. I did recharge 195rs on 11-Oct-2015 in paytm site. Order No is *******196, Rechare was unsuccess but amount deducted from my account, at the same day i raised 2 tickets & i called to customer care center my balance is deducted but no one is pick up the call, after 2 days amount added in paytm wallet. And again i did recharge 195rs in paytm site on 21-Oct-2015, now also iam facing the same issue. Frnds dont trust the paytm.
Even one star is also waste for this site.

I order a pen drive on 16th of June and and pay the money online. They were supposed to deliver my product within 24th June but the cancel my product and dont even bother to inform me and when i came to know. I asked to refund me. They claimed the have already refunded... but... i have not still refunded such e irresponsible and horrible website for shopping My order no *******654. I donot recieved my product and my money has gone... i suggest all my friends and relatives not to shop in this site...

I am appasaheb my paytm ID is *******@gmail.com with order id *******. I ordered nova trimmer on 04 dec 14, I have been your loyal customer from last 6 months I have adviced my friends to buy products from paytm, But this time you broked he trust by cancelling the product after 5 days, I was suppose to gift this to sumone, and I dint buy anything on flipkart app day beause I trusted you guys and you have taken payment i advance, Now I will have to buy same product from other place for 450 who is responsible for my extra money loss? Do you guys have sense of responsibility to keep your customer happy as your website says. I am highly upset with your this casual behaviour I am forced to give real bad reviews about paytm on consumer forums and to my friends. As per your email dated 17.03.2017 the electricity voucher should be received to the undersigned on competition of 20 days from delivery date and the same period has already completed but still I have not received the electricity voucher of Rs 1200/- on my registered email ID vide order no. *******815 dated 20. 2. 2017 and I have repeatedly follow up with your customer care team via trail complaints but each and every time they told me that the problem will be resolved by the end of the day/24 hours/48 hours and 72 hours and presently I have received a e-mail 22.03.2017 that your complaint has been resolved.

In this connection, it may be stated that still I have not received the electricity voucher of Rs 1200/- on my registered email ID and now it is very critical situation created by Paytm for me and now am feeling totally astonish by the this version of Paytm customer care team.

Hence, you are requested to sort out the matter and send me the promo code if you have already forwarded the promo code than kindly provide the evidence/proof for the same as I still not get the same and status shows that the same code will be forwarded to me after completion of 20 days from order date i. E. is 20.02.2017. Further, I also attaching current order status with this e-mail.
