Joined Payoneer a month ago. Submit everything correctly. Already received payments in my account BUT MY CARD IS NJT APPROVED YET. Called the call center several times, they always replied that my case will be solved in 2-3 business days. Is already 20 business days and still nothing. Basically they are lying to me. Today I don't know yet what I will have my Payoneer Card. Don't trust Payoneer anymore. Worst onboarding customer experience ever.

Received funds on the 9th of Sept, but today (22nd) it is still not released, despite us supplying all the requested documents. Numerous calls were made, queries were "escalated" and given "high priority status" - but still nothing. This is well beyond the 5 day advertised turnaround time. In fact, each call we made, we are promised same-day release. The reason given: unexpected high volumes of queries. This is a payment solution... that cannot handle the release of incoming funds, which now appears to be a very manual process?
I was disappointed that Payoneer only offers 1 kind of two-step verification mode. Only via mobile. I tried withdrawing my money via Payoneer but since my old mobile number got expired. I can't access my account. I had to call and request to change my number and the team who handles this is already closed. I was hoping help will be given in after an hour or two since it's urgent.
So far so good I've worked with payoneer for as long as maybe 10 months to a year and I must confess tgat it's wonderful, but imagine the inclusion of cryptocurrency such as the USDT at least, where customers can now buy the USDT directly from their payoneer balances to their USDT wallets, I think it would be a really awesome break and very profitable to both payoneer and its customers plus an assured increase in the population of payoneer user therefore maximising profit.

In the last month, we are trying to resolve my issue with Payoneer, the customer service is very nice and trying to help, but nothing is not moving to resolve my issue all the time we start again and again to solve this issue. EBay send me a letter that on October 10 we have to be members of Payoneer otherwise they are closing our account and I am worried about it.
