It was really a very good experience dealing with Payoneer.
Started the Process on May 28th 2021, Still waiting for the review of all the documents. If any of the documents does not pass the review, they send a mail to submit the information again. But once you visit their verification centre, there is no option to upload it. You then have to raise Chat request and then the representative will submit for us. Its exactly 4 months and still no sign of the account being opened and Ebay has given a deadline of October First week.
Guy was so nice and he tried to resolve my problem and also to help me.
Every time i ask for bank account they provide them to me

For a withdraw to bank account fee that high, I'd expect the transaction to be faster than it is currently. And please include more currencies like Ghana Cedis because I had to create a dollar account in order to receive my payment. It's a lot of stress

- For professionals who requests payments from clients, Payoneer's time window will take 24 - 48 hours before you receive the funds and additional couple of hours or day before the funds gets transferred to your bank account.
- Other platforms like Paypal or Wise is faster. I think all platforms are secured
- It is hard to get the resolution from agents when calling support, they'd provide the same information and will not attempt to go outside of the box. The agents I spoke with last week told me that there is no department who can approve profile to release the funds, they confirmed receiving the needed information. Today, I spoke to one agent and he told me he forwarded a request for approval because there is no document needed.
***I highly suggest you complete your profile and business profile before requesting payments. I was under the impression that I can submit it later or not at all. Lacking business profile ended up Payoneer holding my funds for 7 days now, and it is still being held.
