Received funds on the 9th of Sept, but today (22nd) it is still not released, despite us supplying all the requested documents. Numerous calls were made, queries were "escalated" and given "high priority status" - but still nothing. This is well beyond the 5 day advertised turnaround time. In fact, each call we made, we are promised same-day release. The reason given: unexpected high volumes of queries. This is a payment solution... that cannot handle the release of incoming funds, which now appears to be a very manual process?
