I have presented bank statements, translated ID, all kinds of documents to connect my ebay account of 14 years and they all got rejected saying that my docs were not original and they were a black & white copy, noting that they were 100% originals and colored, i even offered to send originals by post and they refused and blocked my account saying they can't tell me the reason why. Ebay shouldn't have made this losing choice and im sure they're getting lots of complaints about Payoneer.
A very discriminating way of dealing with customers, a total failure and an extremely poor and unprofessional service and business.

The only thing I think it will be like a plus for your cs area is that your agent's listen when costumer is talking, that was the only issue I had with the agent, I was trying to let her know my doubts and she started to speak loud like putting her opinion first without knowing my doubts.
I'm trying to order a physical card since Oct 6th, and 15 days later, I'm still not able to get the card shipped since their verification dept is asking for absurd shipping address verification documents. I already verified my home address, but I wanted the card to be shipped to a Freight forwarding company address instead of my home address in my country. So they asked me for shipping address verification documents, too. But they rejected them, but they didn't provide a reason for rejecting them. Then, calling Customer service I was told that I need to provide a letter from my company indicating the USA address and my Local address or a computer screenshot showing both addresess and the company website URL. I wonder why they ask for shipping address verification with those strict requirements?
First, you are the only one that can activate that card since you are the only one who have access to your account where the card should be activate. Second, its just a shipping address, they should accept any simple verification or they even need to verify it since that address wont be the card billing address, just an address for receiving the card. The company I work for, don't ask for shipping address verification and they send products that cost money to customers, Payoneer is sending an inactive card, that has to be activate by you before it can be used.

I applied for business account and after waiting too long and provided all the documents they blocked my account and gave no reason no email in response. All the documents were approved by them still they blocked and didn't informed in response.

It was advertised as "Instant Transfer". That's not the case here. I had to check multiple webpages just to find out that the payment is NOT instant. Terrible advertising.

I am happy by the organization overall, however maybe it would be better if you could enable to edit of the business profile for a limited time or without the support's help to speed up the process. But I have used your services for a couple of years. This is the first time I'm using a Business profile to receive payments. Thank you for the assistance, I have notified your support of the details provided and they said I did it correctly. When I receive your emails they go into a separate folder in hotmail and I completely forgot about it as I didn't use my Payoneer for a long time. Best, Sasa

It is perfect, perfect.
They have a pathetic customer support, their representatives keep hanging up on the client. They won't pay attention to our concerns. Payoneer keeps asking for verification and documents. We've don't have all the time in the world to keep submitting these things over and over again. We've got to do our business too, I'd rather spend my time investing in my business than submitting unnecessary verifications and etc. They also kept approaching my clients, what in the hell gives them any right to do that. They bother our clients too! They keep declining our payments! Overall the worst experience so far. I've shifted my business to PayPal and transferwise now and things are very smooth now. It took me 10 days almost to update my address verification - such a waste! For god sake, we don't deal in drugs or uranium for which you'd need an extensive & unnecessary verification! I wish I could give the stars in MINUS. They don't deserve a single star even.

I have been using Payoneer for the last 2 years and I'm delighted to say that their services are A+.
I'm a freelancer UI/UX designer and a web developer, and I had trouble using Paypal for online payment from international clients living in the UK, US, and Europe,
But since I've switched to Payoneer, I haven't faced any difficulties. My payments arrive within 48h working days.
I would recommend Payoneer to anyone who is living in "3rd" world countries and need to have easy online payment to/from international clients.
