Possibly the worst company to deal with. I have been using payoneer for over 3 years now, 2 months ago my card got expired and I applied for a new one. They asked some documents for verification, upon submitting I waited for around 25 days and contacted the chat support multiple times but they were still under review, I then found their number and started contacting them on phone, after 28 days my documents got approved and they asked for some more documents. Which I again submitted and just like before after calling them everyday for around 10 days, the new documents were also approved. Then again, for the third time they asked some more documents, its been more than 10 days those documents are under review, I have been calling them daily and they just say wait for another 24 hours n that's it. Its around 2 months now, my funds are stuck and there's no way out even after submitting everything they're requesting. Even if they accept the documents in next few days, and don't ask for more, the card would take around 3 weeks to a month to reach my address. It almost 3 months without account access, I am not able to receive any payments, I'm not able to pay for my services. Payoneer has honestly cause me huge losses. I'm not sure if I'm gonna get my funds back, but I'd suggest you to never use this service ever. Stay away from payoneer and look for other alternatives, I work on fiverr and had no other option to go with, but I have learned my lesson now.

Now i understand why they only list the 5 star reviews on their website.
I have presented bank statements, translated ID, all kinds of documents to connect my ebay account of 14 years and they all got rejected saying that my docs were not original and they were a black & white copy, noting that they were 100% originals and colored, i even offered to send originals by post and they refused and blocked my account saying they can't tell me the reason why. Ebay shouldn't have made this losing choice and im sure they're getting lots of complaints about Payoneer.
A very discriminating way of dealing with customers, a total failure and an extremely poor and unprofessional service and business.
