After a 3rd call I was able to talk to someone that knew how to do her job and helped me with. In the previous 2 calls i was so upset that i wanted cancel my account. And a similar experience i had last year when my phone was stolen and i couldn't have access to my account. Train your people like the last agent and you shouldnt have complains.
