Payoneer card is a saviour for me - you can withdraw cash and pay all over the world. Disadvantages are:
1. High fees
2. Sometimes they request some documents to verify identity/accountownership/etc. And when they do it's a mess untill they do all correctly. Sometimes you have to call several days untill you stumble upon professional staff member who can really help you.
I've been a Payoneer customer, but my recent experience has destroyed my trust in them. My account was suddenly blocked without a clear reason, and my funds have been frozen for over two weeks. Every time I contact support, the only response I get is "regular review," with no timeline or actual resolution. To make matters worse, my support request was marked as resolved even though nothing has been fixed. I can't even withdraw my own money, and there's zero transparency about what's going on. If Payoneer can't resolve the issue, they should at least allow me to withdraw my balance instead of holding my funds hostage. At this point, I no longer feel safe doing business with them. Extremely disappointed — I would advise others to be cautious if you value quick access to your own money.
