A month ago I encountered online fraud! As a result, I lost all my money. I consulted with your company. They drew up all the documents themselves, and also sent them to the bank themselves! In 2 months the bank returned my money to me! They work great. I recommend to anyone who needs help to get money back from scammers or for poor quality goods!

When my eye doctor told me that I needed a prism added to my corrective lenses, to correct my double vision, I searched online for information. The first site that came up horrified me by the cost $. Payne glasses was the next site to come up and the price was so low that I ordered immediately, I have been very happy with the glasses that I purchased, any problems and customer service is the best.

The glasses are very good quality and your customer service is excellent! I had issues with the progressive glasses I ordered not being in the correct field of vision. I contacted customer service and they were able to help me. I sent them back to be remade and they still returned incorrect. I love the quality of the frames and they had a wonderful selection, but the progressive lens need more work. I will order just single vision readers next time.

The service is fine and the website is reasonable to navigate but like any online service where you are buying a product that needs to fit well and be comfortable you are taking a chance that the product will workout. In this instance it didn't. I have purchased regular progressive glasses from them previously that worked out okay. Not as well as if you bought frames you tried on first and had them adjusted to your face after they arrived but okay.

Gave these a negative rating because the lenses are not removable by myself and maybe not by another optical service if I want to reuse the frame for another prescription. Otherwise, the gray color is nice with my gray hair but the fit is a bit tight for an average size man.

I received sunglasses instead of light changing lenses so I can only use them outside. I did not get an unconditional warranty I just took the standard so I can't return them for a full refund. The vision is fine but they're useless

I have several pairs of glasses, many of them special purpose. Because my vision is so bad that I can never be without glasses I have a pair and a spare and a spare for my spare all in my regular prescription. My specialty ones include driving (far distances), one room (optimized for short distances great for RV watching and navigating around my room), blue tint glasses (it helps dyslexics read), and sunglasses.

I get plastic frames because when the adjustable ones gets even a little out of whack my vision is impaired. With plastic ones every part stays exactly where it should be.

Yes, the selection is impressive. Yes, the prices are reasonable. And yes, the ordering process is easy and straightforward. But 14-21 days to get glasses to me using the postal service? Give me a break. I just paid $3.99 shipping from QVC and received my order in 3 days, during the holiday rush! Where's that offer from Payne? I was notified 12 days ago that my glasses were shipped and there is no sign of them yet. I'm not sure I will go through this process again.

Quick and simple. All you have to do is upload the script from your eye doctor and pick out an appropriate frame. I love this site because the price is very reasonable. I got 2 frames for less the the price of 1 with insurance at the eye doctors office. This is a great option for kids that may lose or break glasses easily
