Payne Glasses

These are the second set of glasses we have purchased from Payne. There was a problem with the second set as UPS lost them. I am satisfied with the quality of the glasses. My problem was after the loss Payne should have made it a priority to have our new glasses made and shipped ASAP. This apparently did not happen as it took longer to get the replacement than the original order. This caused addition aggravation and expense as she could not drive home from work after dark and I had to drive her back and forth for weeks longer than necessary. As we live in the country about 30 miles from her job this caused me to loose 1 hour of work everyday. Having owned several businesses myself if I had a customer with a problem whether my fault or the fault of others I would have made it my main concern fixing their problem ASAP.

We received excellent customer service after my husbands first pair of glasses didnt fit properly. Sarah was always prompt and helpful in her replies. However none of the glasses really have great visual quality. I bought the Katie square no line bifocal in hopes that i could avoid the continual putting on and off necessary with my ordinary readers. Im disappointed that the clear portion of my glasses slightly distorts my view making it a nuisance to keep on for any length of time.

Have only purchased one pair of glasses. The prescription was correct and quality of frames seem ok. After getting glasses from local retailers my whole life for literally 3 to 5x as much as I can get them here I find myself asking why didn't I try this much sooner. Incredible value and savings. Just ordered another pair.

I have bought 5-6 pairs of eyeglasses as I am a little rough on mine, and insurance well stinks. Everyone I have purchased has came in great time, quality is amazing, customer service is friendly. I have recommended them to a lot of people and can't wait to get more! Thank you again

Easy to order. The exchange process could use some help. I feel like I paid as much for a pair of glasses as if I didn't have a credit for the pair that didn't look right. It's hard when you aren't seeing and trying in person. Then there's all the shipping and return fees.

This was my second order from Payne Glasses... both came through quickly and as ordered. It's hard to buy glasses online... even with a virtual try-on feature... so you're taking your chances a bit, but the pricing makes doing so a lot easier to stomach. I'm 3 for 4 so far... the only pair that weren't a hit were a pair of sunglasses that I bought for driving. I need bifocals to properly see the dash... i took a chance on progressives, which it turns out are not great for driving because there are areas where the focus is in between (great for walking and day to day... but you want crisp focus for driving). I would advise anyone buying bifocals for driving to get distinct bifocal areas, not progressives. Still... they do look great!

Good choices; easy to move around the website; this time ordered acrylic frames, noticed that they don't sit on nose as expected - I forgot to check the specifications for the size of the space between the lenses to see if they would fit my nose properly. But other than that, I do like the glasses.

Easy to order. All information regarding sizing and how to choose is provided. I like the ability to "try on frames". The price is unbeatable. Shipping was fast. I have been a customer for several years now.

Everything was great and perfect except for the fact that I wanted and need progressive glasses and the one thing that can really help some folks like me y'all all price it out of reach for a man that barely scrapes by! It's ridiculous but the glasses I got I like except they are single vision all I could afford and single vision is not good for me causes problems headaches etc

Wanted a different frame which is out of stock. Settled for another frame. These replace a set of glasses that sensor coating became wavey in about a month of use. They should have replaced those glasses and I will not buy any coatings from PAYNE. Service took a week to respond to my problem then did a very poor settlement. I do not recommend dealing with PAYNE. If you have a problem they are not there to make good on their errors.

The eyewear is top quality and so reasonably priced. The service is great and I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. As a senior citizen on a fixed income my husband and I are both constant and permanent customers. LOVE Payne Glasses.
