Payne Glasses

My frames arrived bent. Payne glasses makes returned/refunds as difficult as possible. They will not work with you over the phone, only email. Huge red flag! When they mess up the MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR FACE they will take weeks to send a replacement. Hope you don't need to see until then!

I ordered the wrong prescription for my lenses and you exchanged them for no extra charge. Thank you for that. I have been having injections in my left eye for 5+ years and have been putting off getting an exam, and I am hoping these new glasses will improve my vision.

I have been purchasing glasses online for years, from various places. I chose Payne this time because my wife needed small frames that I found only Payne has. We had a problem with the frame shortly after receiving them. Payne was quick to replace them BUT NOT ONLY THAT they made changes to the lens to better accommodate my wife's preference, and a more accurate PD.
Yet, that is not the best thing about buying from Payne. NOBODY goes to the length they do to make sure your glasses and lenses are perfect for you. For example, sending them with stick on cross hairs to make sure your eyes fall where they should on the lens.
Even though I cannot find the perfect frame for myself, I will buy from Payne when I get my next pair.

I've used Payne several times now for mine and my family's prescriptions. The prices are affordable which I truly like and that's why I keep using them.

I was hesitant about mail-ordering eyeglasses, but they provided enough information to make a good selection, and the ability to return an item if it didn't work out.

First order did not arrive via USPS. I contacted support, and new glasses were created and sent with no extra charge. New shipping arrived.

The styles are current and very cool. Unfortunately the style I chose didn't look very good on my face. Luckily I purchased the return option. Thank you.

Great glasses, great fit. I have bought multiple pairs and appreciate that you don't get rid of frames as often as others. That way, if I find one I like, I can reorder when my child steps on them, or they fall into the river. 😞

Site is so easy to navigate! Every experience I've had with Payne has been a positive one. I will continue to buy my glasses from Payne and only Payne!

I have an incredibly difficult prescription and Payne fulfilled it flawlessly. I ordered another pair through my optometrist on the same day - Payne's glasses arrived in less than half the time and at 25% of the cost, with equal quality.

Product selection is not horrible. The prices are cheaper than say a well know local store and optics office but they were more than what I am used to paying. I only came across Payne when I was having issues during check out with the online retailer I usually use.

My glasses were not same size measurements as listed, so i had to exchange.same issue w the new ones. Very sad. Now im stuck w glasses that give me a headache bc they squeeze my head. The legs are bent inward. Nobody has a triangular head like that. I tried bending them by soaking in hot water etc. Such a waste of time and energy

I love Payne, they're so affordable and they come in such fun styles! And if you just need some simple frames, you can't go wrong with their line of glasses for under $10. Super easy to input your prescription, I even convinced my boomer dad to get some frames and he didn't get pissed off and blame technology for the fall of man a single time! Thank you Payne.

Very easy to order and select the lenses. Payne is definitely the best place to order glasses. You will not find a better deal anywhere. My Alpha Round sunglasses look like they cost 3 or 4 hundred bucks from a mall store. Why pay that when you can order from Payne, save your hard earned money, and get a very cool looking pair of shades?

The first pair we had to return due to the edges and bulkyness. They would have cut someone during my daughters Jiu Jitsu class. So we did an exchange thank goodness we got the insurance made it seam less. We picked a new pair out approved by her instructor and the new pair came in fast. They fit great and she uses them 3 times a week for her Jiu Jitsu class. Awesome experience!

I'm especially pleased with the customer service. I mistakenly entered incorrect prescription information and contacted Payne. They were incredibly understanding and remade my lenses for me in just a few days. They were fantastic!

Frames were of decent quality lens quality was spectacular. However, ordering progressives online depressions. Your company could not properly align my eyes with the progressives and therefore I could not wear them without seeing blurry in the right eye. I had requested a second pair. And had the same exact issue, but worse. I would use your company again for single vision only.

I shopped every Online Eye store I could find every time I go back to Payne glasses. Their prices are better than fair and for the four pairs of glasses ive Bought and received the quality has been great. If I had to say something bad, the only thing I could come up with would be that I really liked my first pair of glasses and wanted to get them again, but they were unavailable.

I'm not sure how I came across this sight but I am so glad I did. The entire process was easy, communication was great and my glasses arrived earlier than expected! I'm blind as a bat got my glasses today and I'm in a whole new world. Will be buying more pairs for myself and my daughter very soon. I will be a repeat customer and spread the praise for Payne Glasses every chance I get! Really a god send Don't hesitate

Always have exactly what I am looking for at a great price! Had a pair of glasses from here checked out by my eye doctor and he said it was great quality and right on point! Shipped quickly and arrived even quicker!
