Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience. My glasses weren't the right Prescription as the one I put in. They tried twice and both were a fail. I'm so very disappointed. The glasses themselves were very pretty. Bout both were pretty large on my narrow face.

I was leary about ordering glasses on line but after ordering my initial pair I then ordered sunglasses and both are great.

Payne is always fast and reasonably priced. I've ordered multiple times.

One frame was not measured correctly, which required a return- this is not at the fault of the customer, but of the company that provides the measurements. So, this REQUIRED me to use my warranty, even though it was not something I am lead to believe is a proper usage of the warranty.
The first CSR that helped me during that time (Charles) was AMAZING! He explained everything that I did not understand or was not aware of to ensure I'd received the best experience I could.
I have already started telling people all about Payne Glasses since I've ordered and been very satisfied!

I'm especially pleased with the customer service. I mistakenly entered incorrect prescription information and contacted Payne. They were incredibly understanding and remade my lenses for me in just a few days. They were fantastic!

So far so good I did not have a problem. I have told any friends how I always buy from paynes

Fast and affordable.My job is very hard on my glasses so I frequently have to get new glasses it's not like the old days when you have to go to the eye doctor and order new glasses just put your prescription in and they're there in a week.

On my first order, the frames I received were made incorrectly, so they didn't sit on my face level. They were made of plastic, so I couldn't bend them to fix them. They gave me a credit for new glasses, but they didn't cover shipping the 2nd time, which seems unfair, since they sent me a pair of defective glasses.

I like ordering from Payne Glasses because their frames are good quality and the lenses are light weight I also love their prices

After buying glasses before from payne, I thought another order would be no problem. But it was.

Great glasses very kid friendly and the sunglasses are very dark
