Payne Glasses

Ive ordered 3 pairs from Payne.The glasses were fun to shop for with the try on feature. They have a good selection of glasses and sunglasses easy to figure out the ordering process. They ship faster than what the description says if you choose standard delivery. Two out of three deliveries I could see the entire process including tracking. I get so many compliments on my large " granny glam" glasses that i got. So affordable i could order a few pairs at a time still cheaper than the eye glass store.

I have ordered from Payne on 3 separate occasions with a minimum of a year in between. Not sure how, but the quality is more than your moneys worth. The only thing I wish they would do is glass lenses.

Enjoyable experience shopping with Payne Glasses on-line. Everytime. Fantastic selection. Adele multi-color cat eye frames are super impressive. Fit just right and are a compliment magnet. The bargain received and quality of service, selection truly make it easy to share with others. Truly a company that values its customers.

My first online purchase of single vision glasses and I was so impressed by the quality and price, I ordered 2 more pairs! I can actually get "fun" frames that I normally wouldn't purchase because they are so affordable. And I don't have to freak out about possibly breaking them when doing yard/farm work. Yes, I am that hard on my eyewear. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I needed new glasses and went to a local optical place for the eye exam with the intention of buying my glasses there. To my surprise their frames were around $300, plus the prescription was another $200. I refuse to pay that much. I found Payne eyeglasses and they had excellent instructions on how to measure everything. I wear progressive lenses so I was worried about buying online, but to my delight the glasses were perfect, and they only cost me $123.84. Delivered fast and well packed with a very nice eyeglass case. I am going to purchase another pair from them.

If you have any problems, do not use Payne's online chat for help. The person I talked to was sarcastic and rude. I then sent an email with a copy of the chat, letting their customer service know what transpired through online chat. Because of that incidence, I can only somewhat recommend doing business with them and will be looking for another online eyeglass distributor.

Payne Glasses is the best! If there is a problem they will make it right, and they'll work quickly to get your glasses back to you as soon as they can. I've had to return two previous frames due to uncomfortable fit, and they exchanged for another frame, and sent the new ones back to me within 1-week or less. I highly recommend them. The prices are excellent - you'd pay twice or more at the optometrist's office for lesser value.

While most ladies will not think about having sturdy eyeglasses, it is a must for me as mine tend to get knocked off my face while at work and having glasses that can take a fall or get bumped into and not break is a must. They are also stylish and fit the face well. And as always please keep making more styles in Large/wide frames as I am one of many with big heads and always need the width so that the glasses do not cut into my temples or behind my ears. I love that eyeglasses prices have come down low enough that I can get glasses in different styles and colors that match outfits or my mood on a particular day. I needed this option thirty years ago when I first started to wear glasses and found the ones I got to be too heavy and did not like to wear them.

Usually do not buy sunglasses, but so easy and quick to use Payne. Ordered and had them in less than 2 weeks and fit perfectly and cost a fraction of going to the big franchise places. I have bought 4 pair so far.

This is my second pair from Payne (1st pair lasted at least a year, I just wanted something new). I paid extra because of my high prescription and finally got the thinnest lenses I've probably ever had! I like the frames and the lenses only took a day to get used to. In certain lighting situations I sometimes see a little rainbow along the edge of a lens; I'm not sure why that happens with these and no other glasses I've ever had, but honestly I like it

3. Very confusing experience with DHL. Received very confusing numerous emails saying delivery was attempted unsuccessfully - which appeared to be spam. Finally phoned DHL and advised order was approximately 250 miles away and they could not deliver to area so they would mail via Canada Post. Eventually received.
4. Frame appeared excellent but find prescription lenses tend to distort vision resulting in telescopic effect.

All went quick. I did have a question. I hit the chat icon. I was chatting with someone within a minute. All answered and happy so far. Looking forward to getting my glasses. Hoping they are as pictured

Incredible service from order to delivery. Great prices. The only thing I would like to see just a few more styles. I have an update. My progressive lenses were a little off due to me not knowing how they sit. I chose wrong, yet I was able to send them back to them for a little tweak. All this was done at no cost to me. They have exceeded far beyond my expectations with thier exceptional protocols. Highly recommend them!

I checked out several online stores. I am an actor and needed several glasses that fit the movie' time period without breaking my bank and I can still see and read properly. Payne was the best value. I compared my expensive (with insurance) progressive glasses from a store to the Payne glasses (no insurance) and they are identical. I could not find any difference in vision. I just paid over $200 more for the old ones. I guess I will never do that again.
