Payne Glasses

I bought this pair of glasses and love the fit. So this is a spare pair in another color. It was so easy to go on the site and just put in the order. Thank you! I am so impressed with Payne glasses and my friends are asking where I get my glasses. Best part is that I was confident to order on the July 4th special "buy 3 pair get the 4th free". I had a lot of fun shopping as you familiarize yourself with how the measurements fit on your face you can tweak the sizes to refine the fit. My only complaint is that I wish the measurements for each pair were printed on the arm as my other glasses from optometrist offices have these, just makes it easier to know what fit is good for you without having to go back into your order history and find your recent good fit measurements.

I love Payne Glasses - but I don't love the fact that your website does not return to the place where I was shopping after I finish looking at a frame in detail. It's a real pain to scroll through from the first page each time! I also wish they would restock frames that are sold out.

I've probably ordered 20 pairs of glasses from Payne for myself, and another six or seven for my kids. The prices are fantastic, they arrive in a couple of weeks, and the prescription has been spot on every single time. I've ordered readers, computer distance, regular distance, and bifocal, as well as progressives, and every single one has been perfect vision wise. I'll keep coming back for years!

This was my second time ordering and my new glasses are just as good as the $400 pair I bought at the eye doctor's office. I'll never buy another expensive pair of glasses again. Thanks so much for what you do, Payne Glasses!

I had some warranty questions and was received professionally and cordially. My resolution was satisfactory to me and well received by my company contact. I have ordered from Payne Glasses many times for around 6 years now. Every order has been perfect, and I have never had to return a pair for any reason. I have ordered for my whole family and everyone has loved their glasses. We have ordered regular glasses, sun glasses, and sports glasses, and all have exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them for their great value and great products. It's wonderful to be able to order a few pairs to change out when you like for way less than the big brand eye glasses shops. You won't go wrong with Payne Glasses!

Very poor service and customer support for Payne and their customer service rep Damon.

Ordered a stock glasses with not RX never worn when I realized I do not need. Requested refund and was told 50% back and I pay shipping. Why bother.

Very disappointed and would not recommend. If you choose to work with them read the fine print as a 50% restock seems excessive.

Not a satisfied customer.

Buyer beware...

This is my second review- I had to lower my rating. Make sure your prescription is correct when you order as customer service will not help you correct it. I tried to fix my order the same day I placed it and instead of just fixing it they stalled with bogus emails until it was definitely too late. I won't be ordering again

I have ordered twice now from Payne Glasses. I have a complicated prescription with myopia, bifocal needs and astigmatism. After shipping my glasses they followed up by contacting me to ensure that the glasses worked well for my prescription. They are perfect and I am extremely pleased. In fact I ordered a second time to get prescription sunglasses.

The glasses I ordered have nose pads made for those glasses. One fell off after several weeks and I was not able to find it. My call to Paynes to ask for a replacement for this simple pad - the absence of which makes my new glasses useless - I was told Paynes does not do that and I'd have to find it at Walmart or someplace. So far none of the three "someplaces" I've been to have ever seen such a nose pad. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but no more. I'm done. Over a nose pad!

Right out the gate - Price! Price! Price! Payne's prices are incredible! What's more incredible is the super selection of stylish frames. I was skeptical that low price, meant low quality. Wrong! The quality was every bit as good as any pair of glasses I currently own. Instructions on apps to aid in measuring PD helpful and easy to follow. What else can one say? The buying experience from price to selection to delivery was first class!

I have ordered 5 pair of glasses from PG, and I've been pleased with every pair. The production & shipping are quick! Usually one week between ordering & having them in my hands! I recommend them to many people when I get compliments on my glasses!

I lived in China in 2012 and would routinely buy prescription glasses of various colours and shapes - at $15 a pair. I loved having a different pair for each day or style or mood. Over the years they broke or the lenses became scratched and outdated and finally I was down to my last pair. I used my vision insurance to get a Calvin Klein pair locally (still over $60 on top of the insurance) and literally within a year they broke! Annoyed that I would have to wait another year before being able to replace them or shelling out $100+ myself, I searched online and found Zenni. Well, sure they were much cheaper but then I decided to take a second look around and found Payne which has the exact same frames! And was even cheaper! But what really impressed me was the quality - the glasses don't feel flimsy at all, the lenses are just what I ordered, and the care in which they prepared them was amazing. I now have four pairs from Payne and look forward to expanding my collection.

Everything was fine, till I received the order, suppose to had bifocals on one pair, the glasses were large lenses frames with noline bifocals, the bifocals were all the way to bottom edge of frame, totally useless, the service was very disturbing trying to get this mistake resolved, this is how bad it was, I'll never buy from them again!

Although the pay with Amazon feature did not work, everything was great. Easy to navigate the site. Easy to virtually try on glasses. I could not believe how quick we received the glasses. Everything seemed too good to be true but 4 weeks after purchase and still no issues!
