Payne Glasses

After poor experiences purchasing frames which have prescribed lenses from multiple "cheap glasses" websites, I felt a little apprehensive to give Payne Glasses a try. But I am SO glad that I did! I cannot believe how high quality both the frames and the lenses are. The case in which the glasses were shipped is such high quality, durable leather and the frames and lenses are that of high end glasses shops but for a FRACTION of the price! Best thing I did was trust my gut to give cheaper glasses another shot. I have since purchased a second pair of glasses from Payne because I love the styles, but most importantly the quality so much. Can not recommend enough. And no, I was not paid or reimbursed to write this review. Just order your glasses already!

I recently ordered two pairs of prescription glasses, one clear (photo sensitive) and one sunglasses. The order was filled in a reasonably time and the finished product was very good. The quality for the price is great. I spent $71.00 for two pairs and I am very pleased with both. I would suggest that you take the time to read the directions. Even, measure your existing glasses to make sure you buy the correct size for you. The web site is very user friendly with everything you need to make a great purchase.

The website was slightly confusing when entering my Rx, and I made a mistake when selecting the lenses.
I could not see very well with 1st pair but the return process was handled very quickly and professionally. I was able to exchange them for the same frames with the correct Rx.
I will use this website again very soon for another pair since I saved so much money not using an overpriced eyewear retailer.

I first ordered a pair of sunglasses with just the long range distance prescription. I paid only $24 for them. My eye Dr. wanted around $400 for a pair! I was a little apprehensive but for only $24 I figured what the heck. I am amazed! Got the prescription right and I LOVE them! After that, I went ahead and ordered progressive lenses in the same frame. Could not be happier! I may never purchase glasses at my optometrists again :) I would have paid well over $700 at the optometrists and at Payne glasses, only spent about $100... Will definitely be a return customer :) Oh... I also received a very nice case and cleaning cloth with both purchases!

Great company. Great customer service. I wish they offered a better variety of frames.
It would be super nice if they could obtain like a Nike brand frame, although I know the price would increase.

So easy, even a great-grandmother can do it! The quality and prescription are correct. I'd been skeptical since I wear multi focal lenses but,Payne got it right! These are my 2nd pair. I tell everyone who compliments them about Payne.

I made the mistake of buying 2 pairs of glasses from them. Both did not fit well. Customer service engaged in word games. They offered to refund 1/2 my cost if I paid to return the glasses to them. Which is crazy. I end up with no glasses and paying them for their screw up.

I have ordered seven pair of frames/progressive lenses from Payne, four for me and two for my husband. Each pair has come out perfect. I can buy about three or four pairs for the price of glasses anywhere else. They have many stylish frames to choose from and ordering is easy.

Great service, my prescription was wrong initially from the optometrist. After I verified it. Customer service corrected the issue and sent out another set of glasses. I will buy again in the near future

This is our second time ordering from Payne. Always great quality, prices are outstanding, shipping was super fast! We had our glasses in less than a week from when we ordered them! We will definitely be ordering again!

I bought two different glasses. Returned "Glasses 1" for a different color and never received it back. I ordered a second pair soon after the first (which was the reason I think it got mixed up.) I tried to get a correct PD on Glasses 2 and sent back but was not satisfied with the final replacement pair. I had to throw it away.

Very unsatisfied with the help. No one ever understood my questions, or that I paid for 2 glasses and ended up with only 1 pair (that I threw away.)

Buying glasses with Payne Glasses is a very easy experience! My prescription is automatically saved and you CANNOT compete with these prices. I can get a pair of prescription glasses with UV protection and blue light blocking for $30? Count me in! I literally recommend them to everyone (I'm not getting paid to say this)

My experience was perfect. My glasses arrived quicker than I could order and receive them from the optometrist, they're perfectly fine, and priced amazingly well. I got 4 pairs of glasses (2 regular, 2 sunglasses) with many add ons for $100 less than I could buy one pair from my optometrist AFTER insurance. I'm thoroughly pleased.

I love the variety of frames to choose from and the larger sized frames are great! Payne Glasses are processed and delivered quicker than any other online prescription glasses store than any I've used in the past. Their detail to making sure your PD is correct for close up and far away for those of us who are progressive lenses wearers is phenomenal. I messed up my first order and they graciously helped me get the right frame and lenses without a hassle. I'll be ordering all my future glasses with Payne! One thing I hope is improved in the future is that their virtual try on is available for all their glasses. Thanks Payne Glasses!
