Nice to be able to see the different frames and colors they come in. Website somewhat annoying when using the back button to look at the frames as it goes back to the beginning of all the frames from the filters you chose.
Very easy to look at frames and some you can try on. This is the second time I have ordered and it sames time and lots of money when you buy because I use progressive lens and then you order these frames from your doctor they can cost over 600.00. So I am very pleased.
Gave these a negative rating because the lenses are not removable by myself and maybe not by another optical service if I want to reuse the frame for another prescription. Otherwise, the gray color is nice with my gray hair but the fit is a bit tight for an average size man.
Good choice of frames and lens options.I received my glasses after they ended up in Kansas...instead of Illinois? Then my prescription was wrong absolutely my fault! Customer service has been great to work with and I am looking forward to receiving my new glasses soon. I will write another review after I receive them it is not fair to comment when I have not even worn them.

We received excellent customer service after my husbands first pair of glasses didnt fit properly. Sarah was always prompt and helpful in her replies. However none of the glasses really have great visual quality. I bought the Katie square no line bifocal in hopes that i could avoid the continual putting on and off necessary with my ordinary readers. Im disappointed that the clear portion of my glasses slightly distorts my view making it a nuisance to keep on for any length of time.

I am very glad I found PAYNE! I am accustomed to online ordering of my glasses and am so appreciative of better service, selection and savings with Payne. Having said that, it should be noted that I'm pretty picky about styles and fit. With my last order I discovered that my doctors office calculated my PD differently than previously noted AFTER I place my order. I called Payne immediately, got a very pleasant customer service rep and we caught the order in time to make the change -- PHEW! Thanks Payne for all that you do. Without you, the quality of my life with glasses would be severely diminished.
