The service is fine and the website is reasonable to navigate but like any online service where you are buying a product that needs to fit well and be comfortable you are taking a chance that the product will workout. In this instance it didn't. I have purchased regular progressive glasses from them previously that worked out okay. Not as well as if you bought frames you tried on first and had them adjusted to your face after they arrived but okay.
I have been purchasing glasses from Payne for a couple of years and never been disappointed. The quality is great, so many frames to choose from and usually takes a week to get them. Will keep buying from here.

Positive experience overall. I initially had some issues with the vision, and since I had taken a before picture with the stickers still in the lenses Payne was able to troubleshoot the issue and remake my lenses.
Love the glasses but one wasn't strait where they put the ear piece. It was crooked on right side
But didn't tell anyone.
