Payne Glasses is the best! If there is a problem they will make it right, and they'll work quickly to get your glasses back to you as soon as they can. I've had to return two previous frames due to uncomfortable fit, and they exchanged for another frame, and sent the new ones back to me within 1-week or less. I highly recommend them. The prices are excellent - you'd pay twice or more at the optometrist's office for lesser value.

I ordered these glasses weeks ago and they haven't arrived yet even though I paid for them for a 4-8 day rush. I am unhappy because I didn't know they needed to come from China. Which means that there are going to be delays, I get that. However, if I did know they were coming from there -- If I had I would have made other arrangements as my son needs them for school and reading. This will likely be my last purchase from Payne.

Update: I ordered these as single vision sunglasses, and they are nice. I have no complaints about these at all. I ordered a pair of progressive glasses, and when I received them, the Rx was off somehow. The distortion was really noticeable on the sides of the lenses. I took them to my regular eye dr to be adjusted and they were a tiny bit better but still not wearable as daily wear. I let them know this, and they offered me a 50% discount code on a new pair, and I could keep the ones I'd ordered. I don't think I will be ordering more progressives from any online store, not just Payne.

Option to quickly order exact match of a pair from previous order would be convenient (perhaps I didn't see the option? I easily found past order and same frames but had to go thru selection of options. I am very pleased as ordered the first time and having to choose again makes it possible to unintentionally choose a different feature or option. Still is pretty simple to order with prescription saved.

I was nervous about getting lenses with prisms. I shouldn't have been. They worked. And I thought the lenses would be noticeably thick. They're fine!
Tried several to put in different discounts but they didn't work.Contacted your chat unsuccessful as well. Once received great fit excellent quality! With the exception of discount would do it again.
