Ero al secondo ordine su Pat Pat, e a differenza del primo dove per mia figlia avevo scelto le taglie corrette, questa volta dovendo comperare per neonati ho sbagliato a scegliere le taglie e ho perciò dovuto contattare il servizio clienti. Il customer service tramite chat è solo in lingua inglese ma devo dire che l'assistente che mi ha seguito è stato molto gentile, mi ha proposto le taglie alternative e gestito tutto l'ordine.
Sono molto soddisfatta e continuerò a usare il sito!
This website is an utter and complete scam. My family and I were excited about ordering
Christmas family pjs from this company. We tried for several days to order the pjs that were advertised for $3.99. We called the customer service phone and per their request sent a picture of the pjs and was told that price was for pets.? We escalated it to supervisor, Vin and he said he would escalate this situation to marketing. Why is he a supervisor? BAIT AND SWITCH is the marketing strategy they use for this company. No where on the site does it say that the $3.99 pjs is for the pets only. You have to call them for to find out the false advertising and then they are extremely apologetic but do nothing about the misleading information. I'm writing this testimony not because of the price, but the deceptive advertising and lack of customer service. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau asap.
I had an amazing experience with PatPat. I liked the products very much. I ordered baby clothes, prices are reasonable and they have good collection. I had to contact the Patpat team for one issue which was fixed promptly by JUNABELLE, provided amazing service. I'll definitely order again using PatPat.
