I've ordered many times from this company, they have so many cute items for sale at affordable prices. Even tho this order was disappointing with a defect in workmanship and correct sizing on a couple of items I will continue shopping at PatPat because customer service is always helpful and took care of this issue quickly. I also purchased 3 awesome kids furry unicorn shoulder bags which cost only $1.59ea... they can't be beat at this price point and will make exceptional Christmas gifts. I gave only 4 stars because there of the issue and 5 stars imo are for a perfect no issue transaction. I would give 5+ stars if it were asking for how the situation was handled. Products come quickly and usually are very good. Great styles and colours on offer. Whenever, there is an issue no matter how big or small the customer service is excellent. PAM was incredibly friendly when I received clothes too small and gave me a full refund without shipping the clothes back.

I love PatPat, I always buy my babies clothes there and the matching Christmas Pjs for the whole family, but most of all, they have an amazing customer service. I needed to exchange to a smaller size, and instead of me going to all the trouble of shipping it back, they just sent me the new size.
