I ordered several outfits from PatPat and they are all wonderful quality! I recently made an order and I noticed it was taking longer than usual to receive shipping updates, I messaged PatPat regarding this issue and they kept in contact with me with all the updates. To no fault of their own, my package got lost/delayed in shipment and they offered to refund my money. I was speaking with Kish and they have been super nice and handled everything professionally and quick!
