I ordered 4 toddler dresses for my niece, those were my gift for her birthday, but I never received my order, I am waiting for answer via email.
I never will buy anything else from PatPat.
I am an Italian customer. I placed my order in January and got it... in April! On top of that I did not get what I had ordered: I had bought a set of 4 pajamas for a family of four members and they sent me only 3 pajamas, because 1 was out of stock, but they did not even bother to inform me, and charged me for my original order (this ruined the significance of my present, of course). They responded to my complaint asking me not to return my order, promising me a partial refund weeks ago, but of course they never placed it, and now they are not answering my emails anymore.
Terrible experience. I feel insulted.
In July 2017, I ordered pjs for the family for Christmas. After multiple emails to customer service, no pjs or money returned. Its May 2018 still nothing. Dont waste your money or your time.

I received the goods of wrong measures, but the guys in the customer service department have remedied the error with kindness and sympathy. The products are however of high quality, they are very beautiful and well finished. When you make the order try to specify in a note the height of your child, maybe this can help in finding the right size.
I had trouble with the sizing being small by Australian standards but their communication was excellent and the issue was resolved very quickly
I have come across this website t/h a friends reference. This is awesome in quality and collections. I feel the only problem is with supply chain to deliver the products. But, believe me waiting is worth

I read a lot of bad reviews after I made my order, but the only complaint I have was the shipment time (6 weeks to Italy), and the tracking company used does not update the site often. By the time the package arrived, one item was already too small. I opted to keep the item with the 50% refund which I received the same day rather than paying shipment to California and waiting for full refund. The products are cute designs at a reasonable price point. I found the quality to be good - the cotton is soft, stitching seems fine. The customer service was quick to respond and polite, although too many requests to make company reviews.
Waited an extremely long time for my order, sent in a question to find out that they were out of stock at the time, but, said they could fill my order. Then got word that they were out of stock and would issue a refund. Waited a long time for the refund, emailed again to find out that the refund was denied, I ask again and it was refunded the second request. Very responsive to email messages but no communication to me about the order. Very average experience but will probably try them again since I did eventually end up getting my refund...
I received my order but unfortunately the product had been damaged, probably during the Shipping. I receive a very good assistance to solve it. Very fast and helpful. Very good material Quality.
This was my first experience with PatPat and I will definitely order again. I ordered 5 items and they were all adorable and good quality for the price. One item had the pattern upside down and couldn't be worn. The customer service I received was excellent. I was allowed to send in a picture so that I didn't 'have to bother with returning the item, and was given a full refund plus some extra credit on the site. I was very impressed with the quick responses and professionalism. I would just warn that it can take several weeks before the items ship, so don't order anything that you have to have quickly. If you can plan ahead, this is an excellent place to buy children's clothing.

I received my first order not too long ago. I noticed right away one issue, I emailed service and got a response very quickly. Some time passes and I realize one item was incorrect, the right pattern but wrong type of dress. I had already washed it without thinking (my fault for not double checking the order when it got here). I figured no biggie mistakes do happen. I called service today just to inform them of the mistake. The rep was nice and listened to what I had to say and felt that I received a genuine apology for the mistake (which is rare nowadays). I received an email shortly after my phone call with a resolution, (which I was not expecting). So far my experience has been good. I was expecting the shipping to take longer, looking at all the reviews, but I feel I got my order in a timely fashion, (might have been a lucky one). I will order from them again and see how it goes. My daughter love the dresses and so far no issues with material or anything. I am a happy customer.
Love my experience. I emailed them to see where my order was and they promptly respond! The items I purchased we're so cute and worth the wait. Definitely order up in the kiddo sizes because it might take a few weeks to come. But definitely definitely worth the wait!
Clothes are cheap and fall apart. They steal photos of actual designs from Instagram. They delete all negative comments and only offer a 10 dollar coupon. When I declined and asked again for a return/refund they blocked me from their Facebook and refused to answer any emails. They are scam artists.

The only thing you have to take in to consideration is the delivery time.
