So much cute clothes. Good price. However varied quality and dificult with sice. But when it goes wrong you will get good help from the support and together find the best sulotion for you.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the sizes are a bit off..I would have liked to take half a star off if I could.. apart from that, the dresses are extremely cute and unique. I have ordered around 7 dresses for my little girl, and Ive been happy with the material with almost all of them except just one. The designs are really cute and most of all, very unique that I have had many of my friends ask where I get these cute clothes from.. definitely worth the money Ive paid

I ordered 5 items from Pat Pat. It took a very long time to arrive. When it finally arrived, the sizes were completely wrong. My son us (tall) 3 year old and the Pat Pat label said 3-4, but most of the items would fit a child of 6 or older. After a lenghty correspondence with Pat Pat, they acknowledged that their supplier attached the incorrect labels to the garments. Some items had sold out by then, so they agreed to do a partial refund and resend the ones they still had in stock. When the new parcel arrived, they had sent me exactly the same sizes as before! By this point all the items were sold out. Now I have teo sets of the sane clothes in the wrong size. It will be years before my son fits into these. Pity as the quality is great
I was amazed by the customer service. And really nicely surprised when the products arrived and they were good quality and look extactly same as on the pictures. I recommended this website to everyone I know.

Took more than 3 weeks to receive everything! Not from US but China!
Plus after one wash everything went smaller and fall apart! They use glue instead of stitches! Never again!
If you are happy with what you received, no problem except it takes forever. You will face an issue if you don't like the cheap stuff you didn't like me. I followed the return procedure on the website and contacted customer service.
They will NOT let you return.

Instead of starting the return process, they will tell you to "keep the item as gifts to loved ones (none of their business!) and receive $10 coupon for next purchase."
I said no, pls proceed with return and refund. Received an email today.

Offered to get $10 back on my credit card but to keep the products. I just responded no, please do not offer me anything, I just need to return/refund.

Everything is so China-products so cheap, website misleading, and customer service is not customer care. I lived there so I know! Don't waste your time and money.
The clothes are good quality, designs are special and different from those found in my country. Prices are great also compared to what I can find locally. Until this review I've made two orders with them that were delivered in time and with the promised quality, sizes and designs. Nothing went wrong and i recommend this store with my whole heart especially for working moms and dads like our family that don't have the time to go window shopping.

Patpat has very beautiful products for children. I can say that because I bought several clothes. When I happened to have problems with their error in the package, after sending them a picture for confirmation, I received excellent assistance.

I really liked the selection this company had to offer. Once I got my order I only wanted 1/2 of it and the other part I needed to return. After quite a bit of email exchanges we decided not to return the item and I got to keep it and receive a partial store credit. The process to get to this conclusion took longer than I would have liked but in the end I was happy with the result and I will purchase again from this store.

I ordered one for my daughter and one for me, they are fabulous! The quality is also very good, better than expected actually. I ordered before matching dresses but the quality was not as good as the swimsuits. I received my order quit soon, but don't expect it in a couple of days! I recommend everyone the matching outfits!

My first order with patpat was not good. Ordered a few dress, all of the same size in patpat but did get everything off different size. Two of them did not fit. To my surprise Customer service responded quickly and fixed my issue. The shipped the same dress of next size immediately and I got them today. Thanks patpat
Don't be trapped by this company! Clothes are made in and dispatched from China - nothing American about it as they try to make us believe. And beware, custom authorities in most European countries will intercept this shipment and after having paid your import taxes, you will end up with by then overpriced clothes made of undefinable fabric. There are very reliable online companies in Europe, who sell the 100% cotton clothes you want for your baby, at very reasonable prices and delivery by courier within 2 days.
The customer service with Myco has been a good experience with quick reply and helpful response. A good dialog and follow up. If I have a nother questions I wouldn't hesitate to ask again. I would definitely buy from patpat again, only down side is the delivery time.
