Three of the four outfits finally arrived today. Instead of being correctly sized for a 12 month old baby they will fit a three year old. The fourth outfit has the tag sewn to the outside front panel. Wrote the company... no reply. Gonna throw them all away and hope that my written reviews and my formal complaints with the FTC and BBB will prevent someone else from being ripped off.
Told them I had filed a complaint and they responded that my package had just been sorted so it was too late to get a refund (my order was a month ago and no package, no responses until now). They are blowing my email up with coupons and requests to look at all their favorable reviews on their website (fav reviews appear phony)...
These people are SCAM ARTISTS! I have been waiting for my order status to change from "processing" to "shipping" for 21 days and still no status update. I have emailed them several times and have never gotten a response to my inquiry. I suddenly got an email yesterday that said the order was delayed and offered a 10% off coupon for my NEXT order with them (as if...). It was also a "no response" email. I have now asked for a complete refund and again, no response. I wrote a negative review on Facebook which they immediately deleted (same thing on their website). DO NOT VISIT THIS SITE! Others have provided similar reviews, adding that when items finally did ship the clothes were grossly incorrect from sizes ordered.
The post did not deliver my order and left no forward notice, so my order was sent back to patpat.
I sent an email to the customer service and soon we found a suitable solution for the new delivery.
I need my order to be delivered faster and I email making that request. I had a Prompt reply of my email.

Second order with this company and got sent a wrong item. However, Rea was so helpful and got the refund processed immediately. Very professional and I will definitely order again. Products are good quality and well priced.
I ordered a bunch of outfits for my baby to be and thought I should check to see if there we any extra deals on line. I found a 15% off promo code and applied it. It came off originally but for some reason when the total was paid it didnt come off. I emailed the customer support I got from the confirmation email to ask them about it. They asked a few questions and I gave them the information and it was taken care of. It was very easy to correct and the person helping me was very nice.

Do not order clothes from this website. They look really cute online, however I've had a lot of problems with this company. First of all, when my order arrived, every single item was the wrong size. They sent me two sizes up according to the labels on the shirts, and the sizes seem to run large so the shirts were huge and completely unusable. One of the shirts also had a large ink stain out straight out of packaging and all of the clothing smelled very chemically. I contacted customer service to return the items right after opening the package and seeing the problems, and they tell me I need to send photos proving that what I'm saying is true and that I have to pay for shipping to return the products even though they sent me incorrect sizes and a stained shirt. So unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous.
Decided to order a cute woodland onesie for a friend's baby shower, which was very adorable on the pictures for the price they were offering. I ended up finding out a little too late that the date of the baby shower had moved up and the item I purchased wouldn't arrive in time to make a difference. Customer service was no help at all. They kept directing me to cancel on the 'order details' page, yet no option to cancel is ever given at all. Scoured the website for quite a while looking for this magical button that doesn't seem to exist. Um, am I missing something? After expressing my confusion, I was quickly notified that it was too late to cancel my order because it had already been processed. Only a few hours after the initial purchase was made. This entire website is just a way to trap you into paying for their stuff, even if you change your mind after. I'm not sure how shoddy their merchandise is, but I definitely don't plan to wait and find out. If they don't plan to help then I'm sure my bank will. Stay far away from this website.
My wife ordered two sets of outfits for our twin boys first birthday. Two sets of the rabbit jump suit and trousers arrived two weeks before their birthday. She was disappointed to discover the jumpsuits were a different size and much too small. She contacted Pat Pat by email and provided her order number and photos of the items. Over the following two weeks she has sent her order number and photos 12 times and phoned three times and the issue is still not resolved. The birthday has passed and Pat Pat has not resolved the issue. Totally unacceptable customer service from an ecommerce retailer. Would not commend this company ever.
After 90+ days of waiting and many excuses from an email corresponder through "Pat Pat support, this was the worst experience I have ever had with online clothing ordering. My order never arrived and they refused to give me a refund. The support team was not helpful and had many excuses for why my order never arrived, such as "Weather, blaming UPS, telling me to "wait a few more days," telling me, myself to contact shipping department. In my opinion, this is not a real company and it's a scam to receive your money. DON'T BUY FROM HERE. You will not receive your items and will not receive a refund. I now need to battle with my credit card company for a refund. Terrible Experience and not worth the headache, especially when there are other cute clothing companies which are reliable.
