I would have given 5 stars there are a many items I ordered over a month ago I still haven't received. That's longer than it should take. Everything I have received however has been great & came early for the most part.
Very cute baby clothes. I made 3 orders already and happy with them. Customer service very responsive and helpful.
Quickly and cheaply. I would be recommended.The child dress and swimsuit fit great, but the adult sizes were a little off and unfortunately we will not have matching swimsuits for Hawaii.
I was happy with the quality of the the clothes which were as expected. I actually thought the cotton felt soft and silky. Everything was exactly as expected based on the picture. I hope PatPat can work out their supply chain issues.

Do not order from this shop, EVER! I have just received my order from Patpat. I am very unsatisfied! I have ordered and received 14 items. All 14 items are the wrong size. I have ordered size 18-24months, but all the items I have received are size 3-5 years old and 1 items is even for a 10 years old child! Its ridiculous!
The 2 items that I have ordered were written to be made of wool, but when I received the items - the material is not wool, but some kind of terrible synthetic.
The quality of all clothes is extremely poor.
I bought two sets of matching PJ's for Christmas for my family. The products took over 2 months to arrive. I bought a Mom, Dad and Child set and the pants for the Mom set were supposed to be a XXL and they would have fit a 10 year old child. The second set was a Mom and Dad set and the Mom set was labeled XL but the pieces in the package were a large top and a medium bottoms. I contacted PatPat and they said that I was outside 14 days so I could not return them and they would not replace with the proper size bottoms

I believe this to be a scam. I purchased over $100 CND because the pictures looked so nice. Turned out that the clothing is cheap, thin material (some like curtains), no proper tags inside indicating material/care instructions, clothing is completely oversized, smelled funny with one outfit having stains, delayed giving me the return address within the 14 day window to return the clothing for full refund and then to find out that the address given when researched is believed to be a UPS store not Pat Pat office. They apparently run out of California but my items were shipped out of China which questions whether they actually have a warehouse in the USA? They also never answer phone calls. They also delete most negative comments on fb and block the persistent customers who want to expose the truth behind this company. I also wonder if they have staged some of the positive reviews.
I considered contacting state of Delaware where their business is licensed to see if it's still registered and to confirm whether they have a warehouse in California. If there is no active US address, how do they pay government taxes? Furthermore, where has all of our consumer money gone? Somewhere in "cyberspace"?
NEVER again will I shop from this company. I hope they get busted to prevent others from getting burnt.
Its been two months since I placed my order and the status still says packing. I emailed them a month ago asking to cancel my order since it was taking so long. They said they couldnt cancel it because the order had already shipped and their logistics team hasnt updated the shipping status yet. I was told to wait a few days to receive my tracking number. ONE MONTH later and I still have no tracking number. They havent shipped my order, and all email replies I get is a generic response saying they cant guarantee shipping or delivery time. I either want my order or want my money back. They have stolen from me.
I ordered two outfits, a romper for my daughters' 1st Birthday and an Easter dress. Once they arrived, I was in LOVE! The quality is pretty good. I was sure to read all the fine print prior to ordering, and I knew it was going to take some time to arrive. My suggestion is, plan ahead. The only negative, the sizing is off. I'm glad I was able to take the outfits in myself. Overall, I'm satisfied and will return.
Quality of the products is not as advertised in their website. Sizes were way off; e.g. a dress for 12 months was more like for a 3 yo than the 12 months. Also, their return policy sucks! Not only you have to start a "return request" and list all the products you want to return and wait their response in which they will provide you the ""Return ID #" plus the address were to ship the items, but you have to PAY the package shipments.
This is scam. Set up like a great US company. In reality, Chinese imports and terrible customer service. Ordered on 6th January 2018. I read it could take 30 days to ship. Ok, I took a gamble. Several emails after the 6th February and no replies, I finally get a "Shipped" email on the 11th February.
We were away on holiday over half term on the day of Delivery. I didn't expect the order to take 36 days to ship! Yodel left the parcel outside my front door and it was stolen. Not PatPats fault I guess but their customer service has been atrocious and downright fraudulent. They don't want to know. They keep saying I need to file a claim with Yodel to claim compensation. I have explained several times I never had a contract with Yodel and they wont refund me anything as PatPat is the customer. PatPat have now stopped replying to emails and Yodel apologised but wont do anything. Complete Waste of Money. Avoid.
I wish I had read these reviews before falling into the trap of pretty clothes pictures from what seemed like a well established US-based online shop. Ever since then, my experience has been pretty much the same nightmare as of everyone else on this site - you select a 5-15 day delivery, they charge you immediately, only after you pay you get an email that it may actually be some 30+ days, the company in reality operates from somewhere in China, and then you basically never hear from them again. It is irrelevant where the company ships from - if they offer a 5-15 day delivery, it is unacceptable that customers wait for months, receive just half of the order or faulty goods - and there is no remedy.
As the customer service ignores your queries - the best part comes when you reach out to them on Facebook. You can see that any negative feedback gets immediately erased and the comments section blocked. A "very professional way of dealing with customer feedback on their poor service". While the company may not have time to ship you the goods, it has time to clean up the online image - which then leads just to further misleading of customers. All you can then find online is just loads of polished promo and just positive comments of clueless "sooo cute, I need to buy it all" people.
Never mind the money lost - it is however the time to STOP THESE SCAMMERS! Several of us have lodged complaints against their misleading advertising and business practices of Patpat. Do speak up and spread the word through different fora!
I am disappointed in the quality and size of the products. I ordered clothes for a newborn (size 50), but got size 70 and sth that looks like it would fit a two year old. The material is flimsy and seems synthetic, while it should be cotton. Not good enough at all, but the return policy turns out to be just as flimsy. Only for damaged goods and post charges are for the customer. Better to keep it and see if the clothes can serve later. Also it took forever to be delivered. I will never use this website again.
Ordered on 29th Jan 2018, Expected 7 to 15 days as promised on their website, Money taken from my Paypal account, But NEVER received any order acknowledgement, or Shipping details, or ANY updates at all... to date.
15th day today (end of day), Still no replies to my 2 emails following up, Have registered claim with Paypal as well.
Absolutely pathetic customer service (or any service).
Suspect this company might have gone out of business given the absence of email responses.
