I have purchased 2 items from PatPat in February 2018. They have sent me the wrong sizes. I contacted Patpat and had no response for a long time.
When I messaged again this month (July 2018), I got a very good response.
They have tried to send me new items but they were not available in stock. I got to keep the wrong size items and got a full refund + 25% coupon for next purchase.
I hope I will not have any issues with Patpat again, because the cloths are cute and the quality is good.

I purchased "Mommy and Me" dresses through PatPat the dresses where adorable... unfortunately the sizing on the dresses were off, they where missed marked by mistake. I contacted customer care and they gave me a refund and helped me out tremendously! I am so pleased and will definitely be ordering again from PatPat!

Hi everyone, I have ordered 3 jumpsuits size 0-3 months couple of weeks ago. Style and colours looked great and bright, prices were reasonable so I gave in and ordered 3 outfits for my coming baby girl. Then, of course, I jumped online to read the reviews and a lot of people said that the quality was bad or that it was a scam website altogether and they never received their order. I got in touch with PatPat customer service. Their response was very prompt, and after my inquiry they sent my items pretty fast (not sure if that would have happened as fast without me chasing it up though). Today I have received my order and it looks exactly what I expected it to be for the price I paid (nothing fancy quality-wise but still very decent). Would recommend PatPat but probably wise to pay for your order with PayPal, not directly with your card in case you need to start a dispute with a company, PayPal will be very handy.
P.S. Don't know how long they will last as I will be able to "test drive" them only in October.

They have good service and many cutie stuffs! I ordered a lot for my niece, unfortunately i have to canceled my ordered because of long time. I called them and they help me very quickly. I still choose patpat for my next order in the future.
I ordered a size 3-4 jacket for my son but instead received a size 2-3 according to the woven label. The tag contradicted the label, saying size 3-4. It didn't fit my son. Patpat's response to this was that these clothes come from Asia and sometimes the label is different. They offered me a 50% refund and said I could keep the jacket. However, this is unsatisfactory because the label also stated the height which is 90cm, when on their website the height for size 3-4 is 100cm. Therefore I did not receive what I ordered, and I am out of pocket for half of the price of the item.
Received my package and saw the size wouldnt fit me for my outfit i ordered. I emailed customer service and got a response within minutes. They handled my issue immediately. Great customer service!
Took weeks and weeks to receive; tracking was never updated. Finally got them and the fit was bad. One set of mommy and me suits didnt even match. All emails to customer service are returned and in Chinese. Total fraud of a company in my experience.
I hope my next purchase with you guys took less longer than my previous one. I love the dresses. I will buy so much more. My daughter is very happy.

My original order arrived really late and too small. The customer service team was so helpful and nice. It totally changed my experience.
Enjoyed the products. Read reviews before buying if you can. Had issues with sizing on first order, received great help from customer service. They reply quickly. Dont expect the best fabrics or fastest delviery, but if you know what youre getting into this is a great experience. Customer service is definitely one thing that keeps me coming back.
