I had a problem with the package. On 15 October, I got a message that the package had been delivered. The package was gone for the next few days so I wrote an email to Patpat. Kristian C reply was immediate. We were in contact for almost 2 weeks because the courier didn't reply to any e-mail. Kristian C. Became very interested in this matter. It's courier's fault, but Kristian C. Helped me and I'll get the same second order for free. I'm very happy that they got so interested and helped me get back clothes for my daughter.
