I ordered my newborn baby some new clothes from this site on the 23rd of September. After numerous emails back and forth I have got nowhere with the company and still have not received my order. I have now asked for a refund as the clothing will no longer fit my baby but nothing back so opening a case with trading standards
Amazing quality clothing, cheap prices, quick delivery. Will definitely be purchasing through PatPat again.
Very helpful as due to technical fault it charged an extra $20 from my account and after my email they immediately respond to my email and refund my amount. Rachel was very helpful.

I ordered in September, the estimated arrival date was in October so I specifically ordered the clothes for my sons age at the delivery date. I've never gotten the order. And now if it does happen to show up it has been so long that he will no longer fit the clothes that I ordered for him.

I had an issue with the sizing and I followed the instructions about returns/exchanges that PatPat provided. These were very helpful and the customer service team responded quickly to my emails and resolved my issue in a caring matter.

Worst experience with #Patpat.
Instead of (Order no. #Pat*******) tee shirt, dress and baby tee-shirt) received a sweater and the courier service asked Rs. 970/- extra as delivery charged on 4th Nov'20.
First of all, it took 2months to get delivered. 2ndly delivered the wrong product, 3rd, charged the extra money which you haven't mentioned.
We had to return the item which we haven't order.
NOTE, I want to give a surprise to my brother and his family but you and your company took the responsibility to surprised us and destroyed our festive plan completely.
* I hope this is not a fraud company and I can get my money back.

Patpat customer service took care of my problem less than 24 hours like it never has happened. I will be doing more shopping with this Patpat as I know there are employees out there to take care of my shopping.
When I ordered a size too small for Pj's for my grandson, I was able to get a replacement size at no additional cost. What a great company!
I ordered 6 month clothes for my son when he was 4 months old. He's now 8 months! I still HAVE NOT got my order. I have emailed multiple times. Each time I get the same response, "we can't refund because it's already on the way"

I got really good customer service from Jonalyn. I accidentally bought 2 pair of the same shoes and instead of the hassle of returning them Jonalyn gave me the opportunity of receiving a voucher instead and keeping the shoes. Thank you Jonalyn!
Placed an order in mid October, it's now 3 weeks down the line, shipment still not yet departed from country of origin! Ridiculously late! They keep you updated on the delivery, but nothing you can do to speed up the delivery! It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my nephew and it's now arriving late!
Would mot recommend ordering from there if you are urgently wanting the product!
