Pat Pat has sooo many cute items, clothings. I ordered Christmas pajamas, such great quality. Super soft, cute designs.
I ordered 21 items, all delivered on time in good condition and quality except for 3 that were of the wrong sizes.
The customer service, thru KRIZA, were very accommodating and immediately addressed the issue by promising for a refund within the next 2 weeks. They didn't even require me to return the items. Wow!

I bought a number of clothing items for my kids before from them. They were super cute, good quality. Last month i bought a couple of dresses and unfortunately they were not what i expected. I requested a refund. James from customer service got in touch and he was great. He sorted out the issue. I didnt even have to send those items back. His attitude was very refreshing, not a typical customer service. There was no issue.

I bought recently a few things from PatPat, however one product was faulty. I contacted their support and the CSA KATRINA swiftly resolved the issue. I am really satisfied with the customer care. My recommendation.
Customer rep, Reyna C., was quick and resolved my request for refund efficiently. Ordered matching PJs for my family but they didn't fit even though we measured and used the size chart. Unfortunately, we could not get replacements as some of our sizes were already the largest size offered. The products were of good quality they just didn't fill well for us.
The quality of the clothing is amazing, I've purchasing Christmas gifts and I'm very pleased with it. Also customer service is great, they reached out to you and work on resolving any issue you may have

This was by far my best customer service experience. I ordered a bunch of clothes for my 1year old who is way taller and bigger than his age mates so some of the clothes turned out smaller than him. I should have sized up using their size chat but I just went off the age.
I randomly sent a mail not expecting any feedback but not just did they respond, they were very pleasant and the agent that addressed my concerns (By name Karmi) was very patient and understanding.
The clothes are also very nice and I will definitely shop with PatPat again.

PatPat is simply wonderful. At first, I was hesitant. Their prices were almost too good to be true. The designs were adorable. There are scammish websites, but seeing they had a highly rated app made me more comfortable. I have since ordered twice from them. The products are simply fantastic! I cannot find nursing shirts or dresses as cute as theirs - let alone for that price - anywhere else! I have placed two orders, the second one got here super quick! The clothes are cute, they fit well. I just placed my third order and I needed to modify my order. Customer service was SPOT ON! Super quick response, extremely polite and very helpful. I literally recommend PatPat to everyone I know because their products are amazing, the designs adorable. I am super excited to receive our matching outfits. PatPat is my favorite website to order from!
I was buying there product from last one year in sale they have sold me v bad cloths then I requested them for return later on they refused but send me refund one voucher in that you can upto 50 percent

Good customer service and just be careful with what you order because material can feel differently and fit differently too. Not all materials are the same as I order a dress and sweater, they fit fine.
I am super happy with my first purchase from PatPat. The customer service is just amazing, so responsive and helpful. The quality of clothes is way beyond the price. I had a little issue with the chosen size and they promptly sent me another ones! I will be the regular customer now! Will recommend to everyone. Thank you PatPat(Genalie in customer service).
