I received my my first package from Papat and tore into like a child on Christmas day! I was so pleased with the items I received, I placed a second order shortly after! I unfortunately entered the wrong shipping address and that was quickly resolved. Looking forward to receiving my second order!

Navigating the app was way and I love the details for the shipping. The products came in about 2 weeks which is normal for Guam. Products I received were exactly as shown on the site.
I was very hesitant when I initially placed my order, but when it arrived I was shocked. The clothes are super cute and we'll made. I washed everything as soon as it arrives and it held up well after washing and drying. I paid around 100 bucks for 15 outfits. Tell me that isn't a great deal!

The products are cheaper than you can found in other sites. Customer care help me by refunding the amount of products I didn't like, by keeping them by myself.

I asked pat pat for a exchange of my clothes which had a size issue not only they refunded money, they didnot asked me to returned them. I m very satisfied
Placed an order November 11th 2020 for my granddaughter... long story short they sent the order back without any notification. Enquired about the order December 26th and it was sent back to the warehouse and they would re-send on December 27th, but one of the items wasn't available and I got a refund for that item. Once again I had to ask what was the status of my order on January 19. As of today January 20th they sent a message back "sorry it must have been damage in transit". When I say buy American please do that.
