Ordered a rear tail fairing and a speedo. Tail fairing didn't take too long, but the speedo... I paid expedited for both. Speedo said ships in 3-6.7th or 8th day, I'm notified that the item is backordered and won't ship for another 2 months. I hope it comes earlier and they just under deliver to beat expectation. $520 in limbo. Ughh
I have used Partzilla 5 times. They have been spectacular in each case. One shipment got lost by UPS and they took care of it. Buy parts for 4 wheeler and ATV side by side.

It took nearly a month to receive the part I needed get my bike back on the road. The riding season is mighty short in Minnesota. This lethargic service made the riding season even shorter.

I ordered a part for my motorcycle was told it would ship on a specific date I even paid expedited shipping to get it within 1-3 days it is now almost 2 weeks later and I have recieved nothing I check the website it now says order is being processed for 3 days I call both customer service numbers and after their automated message I get hung up on there's no email address on the website which the automated message says to contact them by it is ridiculous that I paid 11 dollars more to expedite my shipping and still 2 weeks later have recieved nothing this will be the last time I ever order from this company

Shipping method sucks for what you charge. Maybe try a different company other than USPS for what i was charged for shipping order should have been overnight delivered.

BUYER BEWARE, IT TOOK 10 DAYS TO JUST GET A O RING FROM MY HONDA. THEIR SHIPPING IS A JOKE, THEY FIRST GIVE TO UPS. THEN ONCE UPS GETS IT TO CALIFORNIA UPS GIVES TO USPS. THEN USPS HAS TO SORT THE PACKAGES AND THAT TAKES ANOTHER 4-5 DAYS. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Had all the parts I needed in stock for my kawasaki and had to contact support through chat. They responded quickly and gave the correct part numbers.
Had the parts we needed. Was difficult to figure out from the parts diagram but that's not on Partzilla that is on CanAm. All in all got what we needed.
I needed a part for my motorcycle and I ordered it, got it fast and it was a perfect fit.
Leaving gas cap ay pump can really be costly and that this review needs to be at least 50 caracters to be valid nad thank you very much for my review.
Ordered parts on June 6 and still in "preparing order" status. Called customer service multiple times. When I initially called June 13, I was told that parts were actually out of stock, (listed as in stock when ordered) but rest assured they were restocked on June 11 and going to be shipping out "right after my call." Waited until yesterday, June 17, to call back and the gentleman I talked to gave me the same line " Parts were out of stock but luckily came in on Saturday, and I would be getting a tracking number following the call." Today I called again saying I have not received a tracking number and the parts are still in "preparing order status." The lady this time said my parts were "being boxed as we spoke but it will cost $120 additional for shipping." I said "I ordered straight from the website and the order ticket said free shipping, as did some of the other promo material on the website and that these parts were pretty common components and free shipping was unmistakably offered when I submitted my order and clearly this couldn't be such an oversight, but rather gross negligence." I am supposed to be getting an email" explaining shipping today as well as a call back but am not holding my breath. Truly and utterly unbelievable.

I found the entire ordering process very easy! Logged on, listed my quad make, model, year, selected the category, found the headlight lamps I needed, placed the order, lights showed up 3 days later!
My only problem was I pay extra to get my delivery quick but UPS take forever to do my delivery.
You guys need to make sure your delivery providers complete the expectations this fast deliveries.
We enjoy the best customer service with Partzilla. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient, helpful and always make us feel appreciated.

Part came in damage/apart/took two weeks to receive new one/canceled ordered/no refund two weeks later called customer service the will send to info to credit dept/still no response/still no refund as of 8/11/2020/ canceled first part on 7/23/2020 second part returned and they received on 8/03/2020 and still no credit payment back yet/ called number of times said 3 to 5 days and then said 5 to 7 to be credited my advise use Rocky Mountain ATV/MC and get better service
