A lot of parts say unavailable. Doesn't give you a superseded number. I have to google the old part to find the superseded number.
I think the US Postal service has lost my order. This was shipped using UPS "Mail Innovations" where UPS handles it part of the way, and then it is turned over to the USPS for the final delivery. My order shows stuck in Morrow GA--- so the USPS has never acknowledged receipt of the package from UPS. I have sent two emails to Partszilla, no response yet.
I was able to find everything I needed quickly and easily on the website. Prices were fair and shipping was prompt.

Can find most of the parts I'm looking for most of the time. Prices are a little high on some items but if you need it you need it. Shipping is fairly quick.
In the past it has taken a considerable amount of days before the orders shipped. You apparently are now turning orders around in 1 day and I receive them in 2 to 3 days.
Great selection of parts; needed to contact customer service to verify proper application, and they were very helpful. Good pricing and quick delivery.

I orderd 6 bolts for my 06 honda shadow said parts are in stock everytime i try and check my shipping status it says preparing order. Orderd these parts on 05-09-20 said they would ship the 14th it is now the 23rd and still hasnt shipped at this rate i wont ever get these bolts called customer service and got the big speil about covid-19 and that my parts would be shipped in a couple more days getting tired of waiting...

Searched their site for a CVT belt for a Honda Helix. The belt was HALF the size of the belt needed. Turned out the part that popped up was falsely listed, yet I'M being cheated out of the $9.95 shipping cost even though THEY were the ones who screwed up and and had the belt mislisted!

Easy epic to navigate aways used them for my go to factory parts online retailer
I ordered some can am parts and Kawasaki parts as I have done before but this time they send me an email and say they can't do the can am parts and automatically send a refund saying they don't ship to Aus with new can am contract. Then 2 weeks later while waiting for the remaining order I get an email from a sales rep Evan. S asking for an additional $300 US just to ship my remaining Kawasaki order. The shipping was automatically generated at checkout and it was already over priced and they wanted an additional 300 US which is 423 AUD, 2 weeks after I ordered. Told them they can bash the parts over their heads because that is ridiculous. I didn't get a reply just a notice from PayPal saying my order had been refunded. What a waste of my time and effort searching for these parts. My original order including the can am parts was 700 US and that was including shipping. What a joke. Would not recommend to anyone. ODN needs to review their international shipping. This isn't the first time they've tried this shipping trick looking at other reviews.

Unfortunately, we are limited by the terms of our contract with Can-Am and we brought this information to your attention at the earliest opportunity. I hope you have been able to find an alternate source for the part(s) you were looking for. International orders, especially oversized orders shipped to Australia, can incur significant charges from the shipping company (in addition to taxes and duties), which we fully disclose to our customers before shipping the item(s).
This company has a great website and also a lot of inventory with great pictures available.
However once you make a purchase and items are not all available that is when they need to coach the staff.
Made a purchase and they missed picked an item. I contacted them to mention the item was missing. I also noted that there were extra parts needed so I mentioned to please add the exact number of items I needed.
I received a package from them fairly quickly and thought they redeemed themselves. It was only wishful thinking. When I opened that package again items were missing. I contacted them a third time to mention that the items were missing.
They then blamed me and stated I did not order the correct quantity. In fact on the second contact they are the ones that put the order in. When I brought that to their attention I did not receive a timely response.
The company should probably have a look into the online ordering department and see if there are areas for improvement.
Other than that a good company but needs top pay attention to the details.

Ordered a part for my rzr on March 18th paid for 2 day shipping because I needed it quickly. Website said it was in stock. A week goes by and no part. I got an email on the 23rd that said it would ship on the 24th. March 28 comes and still no part so I called. The absolute rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. Told me they couldn't ship it because they just got the part from Polaris. I said, well that sucks but whatever just refund my 2 day shipping fee. They said oh no sir we wont do that because it wasn't our fault. So I guess it was my fault they cant deliver what they advertise. I would never deal with this company again. Way to may others out there that actually want my business.
