Easy to search and find the correct part. Checkout was secure and easy. Shipping was super fast. Y'all got something going on. Wish other places were more like you.
I ordered a part that Partzilla claimed to have in stock. The order stayed in "Preparing Order" status for three days even though I paid for expedited shipping. When I called to see what the problem was, I had to wait for a call back. An hour later I received a call back. The rep said she was limited as to what she could do but would send an email to shipping. I said I paid for expedited shipping but was not getting expedited service. The rep asked..."Would you like to cancel the order or what? I said yes let's cancel. Then the rep said she could not cancel the order but would send an email to shipping. This was a very bad experience with both ordering and customer support. I will not order again from Partzilla.
Yeah, your customer service rep cancels my order but doesn't issue a refund, what a joke. I had to call back and request a refund. Now the rep tells my it will take some time, could be up to 15 biz days she said. I wish I had never heard of partzilla but I will do my best to ensure others don't suffer from your poor customer service. I am post on every review site that I can find and on social media. STAY AWAY FROM PARTZILLA.

I have been dealing with partzilla heavily for 2 years now and have yet to come across a major issue. They handle disputes quickly and professionally and their prices and inventory can't be beat

It's better OEM than other brand. Except after market like walsh houser WC etc I'm recommending always partzilla for every buddy. Its a grade company by farrrrr!

After 2 weeks of waiting for my parts to be shipped, PartZilla sends the email that I have to pay another 261 $ for shipment. I cancel the order then they fine me with 15% stocking fee. $#*! zilla :)

I understand parts delayed, email said two days, another email said three weeks. BEWARE* none of the Customer service numbers are in service, Paypal listed a company no. Not in service. LIVE CHAT is not any better, responded are every 4-6 minutes in between, operator stated there was "NO" cancellation number provided and to look for an email which I hope "He" is not writing. I have logged and took photographic evidence of this Bad experience just in case I have to escalate it with Paypal, Bank, BBB. NOT HAPPY to say the least.!
