Part was on back order. PartsVu kept me informed of my order status and when the product shipped.

Parts Vu had exactly what I needed. Shipping was on time.
Ordered a yearly service "kit" with many different parts. One part did not make it into the box. Called customer service expecting to start the blame game and expecting to not get any where fast. But contrary to my precieved thoughts, I was connected with an agent who immediately sent out the missing part and I received it 2 days, saving my plans of getting the service done in time to get out on the water for the weekend! Will recommend and buy from again!

I am very sorry for any inconvenience, It does state on our website that oversized and heavy items would require additional shipping. In order to keep our prices low, and not put an extra cost on you we do need to take an alternative route. In cases like these, where the motors are shipped freight, the price is astronomical to have them delivered to a residential area. In order to avoid having that cost passed on to you, we had to have this shipped to a commercial address where the freight company can easily access it and therefore do not charge extra fees. While shipping freight is always expensive we do not mind paying the price to make sure the item arrives to you in the best condition possible. I again apologize for any inconvenience.
