Never open the package. I return via UPS. Not unhappy with product, my boat sold and I didn't need them.

You should show a picture of the air filter. I had to run out to my detached garage to get the correct part number. I corrected the part number and got it right, but a photo would have been easy.
Experience was great, but working on returning the pump and gasket kit as I ordered the wrong part. I have already placed another order for the correct part.
Your site is set up where it is easy to find what you need or simply just type in a parts number in your search and it brings it right up.

Easy ordering. Part was not in stock as I thought it was. Waited over 2 weeks.would have thought in this day and age, if it's showing on a web site it's in stock. Not true here
The wear plate was back-ordered, but I wasn't notified that it was until I received the partial order at my house. That cost me about 10 days delay in finding another source.

Order was correct however the order taker did not give reliable information regarding delivery time. I will use these guys when delivery time is not a factor.

Everything was in the box and in great condition. I was able to save about $50 versus buying it all from the dealer. Saved $300 doing all the work myself.
