One item I ordered was not in stock, so I needed to wait on it. I really don't understand why the website doesn't say "not in stock," so this is only one of my complaints.
Always an excellent experience. All waivers receive my parts and supplies on time and the order is always correct. I would recommend parts vu you to anyone.
This business made it easy to find what I needed to do a tune up on my boat. The prices were decent and shipping was good. I had my parts in a few days from the time I placed my order.
PartVu has had many hard-to-find OEM parts. The shipping could be a little faster, but the prices are competitive and usually a little cheaper certainly better than ordering them locally.
GREAT! WOULD BE BETTER WITHOUT ALL THe QUESTIONS... but,,, overall experience would be better if the website would indicate stock levels and/or back order status. My original order had 4 items, 2 were in stock, 2 were on long lead time back order status. Ultimately cancelled B/O items and purchased them from a different vendor.
Everything with the part I received was fine. However, I did not find out that other parts I ordered were on back order (for months) until after I submitted my order, which was frustrating.
All as advertised and a timely delivery. However, if you really want a review, don't require a certain length.
If I order more parts, I will not fill out a survey that requires this.

No really way of telling if I got original parts as advertised or not since most of them had no packaging. Just plastic bag.

Is very easy to place an order plus the ship you order on time you get what you order not less or more they are good company and this is the only place were i will buy all my parts for my boat
This order was great no problems liked for my boat. Second order not Pleasant experience at all. Wrong order came a week late re. Order by time I got it 3 weeks later was a car order

This order seemed to take very long time to get,3 or 4 days after your delivery date,seeing how close you are to me I thought I would get my parts on or before your advertised delivery date.
I ordered an engine oil/filter kit and one portion of the kit was not sent. A simple phone call was all that was needed and the remainder of my order arrived 2 days later. Great customer service.
Suzanne was most helpful and made returning the part very easy. She was able to provide me with the RA number in no time.

They could do way better packing this type of material. One of my jugs of oil were seeping and the shipping box was wet. They were laying in there sideways instead of standing.
They sent me half the number of rope hangers that I paid for, I called them, I received the balance in two days. I would definitely order from them again. Good customer service!
Love the parts kits soils by parts vu. My only issue is there is no option to expedite shipping. Took me over a week to get my parts at the mercy of usps priority mail…

OEM PARTS discount prices, great, fast service.
I needed a couple of parts for my Yamaha service and received them in record time. Saved me a few bucks too.
The Replacement filter appears to be smaller in overall size. Which appears to me would have less filtration. I'm assuming it was substituted because the OEM filter isn't available?
So far I am very pleased with the product n the service I received. I think it is a lil over priced but I went ahead n took the chance on it. We will c how it holds up…….

I see here that besides the oil, all items you purchased come to us in bulk packaging. Because we get things like the gaskets in bags by the hundreds, there are no part numbers available on the packaging as we have to take them out of the very large bag that does contain the Yamaha part number and package them individually for the customer. Also for example the spark plugs, while you ordered 2, we have to purchase them in packs of 10. We take the 2 out that you ordered and package them individually as it would be quite odd to send the package and omit the remaining 8.
