Well, I am not use to a company that provides an over abundance of attention to their customers. The level of reaching out was almost abnoxious. Glad they are still in busines.
This was my "trial balloon" parts order with PartsVu. Part arrived quickly and price was competitive. I could do without the ensuing onslaught of email ads and pleas for reviews.
Been trying to get some technical support but no response so far. Parts came in but need rigging cables for my tachometer and I'm not sure what one to order
Order was shipped out fast. Received it in two days from time of order. I haven't done the service in my engines yet but I assume everything is there.
Received products on time as ordered. (I don't like being told I have to enter 50 characters in order to submit this review though. I won't complete another one.)

However the fuel filter paper element came damaged it has a small torn section about 1/4". A replacement fuel filter would greatly appreciated.

Although there was a delay in receiving my items due to supply chain issues, the delay was less than anticipated and items were shipped individually as they became available.
Well this part that was orderd didn'tfit so I sent it back and re -ordered the another size to fit the motor on my boat. Still waiting for my credit on my card. I was told to mail back the item and once they received it I wouldget tge credit back. Again still waiting. Hoping they stand by there word.

Grandson had me to order parts for his new boat coming home on military leave been home over 10 days still no parts, I got emailed that part of the order was on back order so I ordered one from another supplier and got it last week, so I will be returning parts that I got Wednesday, disappointed yes.
Had to order a hub kit, recieved email was back ordered till August. Next day I put in a cancel order just to find out it was not backordered and had shipped. In the meantime I ordrr we Ed the hub kit from another supplier. I recieved both kits the same day June24th
I ordered two items but one could not be acquired in a time frame I required. PartsVu refunded the amount back into my account in a timely fashion. The other item was as described and has arrived.

Anode is the wrong part. I probably would prefer receiving most parts at the same time. I got washers 3 days before the corresponding bolts. Kind of odd
This 300 hour service kit was perfect for the job. All the parts were delivered on time and packed carefully. Everything you need is included in this kit.

I did not give 5 stars only because i did not receive the gaskets for the drains that were listed as being packed.
They included a $6. Charge to insure my package. Not Happy! I don't Insure any Packages. Last time I will purchase from this vender.

Everything was good so far the only thing is responding to emails Plus before you submit and pay you should tell if it is in stock or has to be backordered
